Carolina and her husband are owner operators. Carolina greeted us with a beautiful smile and a hearty welcome. She helped us with great suggestions and some fun back stories. Our food was fresh and absolutely delicious. This place is a jewel. I can’t wait to go back!

What a gem! I had the green plantain patacones with chicken and they were so flavorful and the crisp plantain was such a pleasant surprise. The owner mixed fresh passion fruit and lemonade for me ! I’ll be back and I’ll be telling everyone I know in the area about it !

The food here is unbelievable! La Tablita is one of the best restaurants in Spartanburg. The food is authentic, fresh and inventive. Mexican & Ecuadorian dishes, fresh fruit juices, lovely desserts....MMMMM. You will love your dining experience and the relaxed, wonderful atmosphere. It is our go to place when we want great food and the prices are very reasonable.

Great family business. Good food, nice people. I had the prime rib special, my husband had the breaded apenada steak. The yellow rice tasted like buttered popcorn.

Delicious, fresh, unique food unlike anything you'll find in Spartanburg. They have empanadas, which I love but can't find anywhere around here. Do yourself a favor and try La Tablita!!

Loved it!!! Amazing tasting food made from authentic recipes. I loved how each menu item stated where it was from. Hard to pick a favorite food, because everything we ate tasted amazing. I was somewhat disappointed that I ordered queso, because all I wanted to eat was the fresh salsa. Loved the stories from the owner about life outside the United States, where most of the recipes come from. Only thing that would make it better would have been eating it in the mountains of a foreign country. We will be back to work our way through the menu.

You will not be disappointed! I had the ceviche and the most wonderful homemade watermelon juice! Carefully prepared and fresh. My goal to try everything on the menu…and then there’s the precious people who own it❤️…thank you guys so much for spending time with us and feeding us the most amazing food! We will see you soon!

If you're looking for an experience and not just some rushed Tex-Mex, go here. The OMG burrito is just as the name describes. There was not a single piece of fat on my (tender) pork and the sauces were so fresh and flavorful. The owners really set the place a part, though--super friendly and talk like old friends. Oh, and the sangria was delightful!
