The pizza was a hour late at the Portal, the workers were saying vulgar remarks about customers, and the pizza was a greasie soggy mess. We couldn't eat it so I fed it to the dogs but they didn't eat it either. Wast of time and money. Happy holidays!

Gave 4 stars because I love 2 get my pizza from the pizza portal. It's fast and convenient. Just be sure 2 ask 4 your crazy sauce. Other than that, the pizza is hit and miss. I always order extra sauce because they're dry. Don't think they should charge more for that, but that's what I've noticed when I customize my single topping pizza.

Waiting in a Friday/Pizza night drive-thru line, wrapped around the building, for a pizza I ordered to be ready for pickup at 945. I knew the line would be long that’s why I ordered pick up. Apparently, the lobby closes at 930. That would be good info to post clearly on the ordering website or Google Maps page.I could maybe understand if the lobby had a dine-in area to clean. The area isn't twice as dangerous at 10 as it is at 930. Why then is it so difficult to ask me for my code and hand me the pizza through the door and relock? You have staff literally standing in front of the door and not behind the counter!The woman on the phone asked my name like she had a favorable solution, to then tell me she didn’t know what to tell me. God awful service, and not meeting the slogan of being hot n ready. Haven’t even had the pizza yet to speak on taste but I’d advise you to avoid this one!
