teenagers that work on night shift all have nasty attitudes. especially the pale blonde headed girl. she always gives dirty looks and stares at you until you tell her what you want. i understand shes miserable in her own life, but she doesn't need to take it out on all of the customers.

Hours said they closed at midnight. I arrived at 11:15pm with a mobile order placed at 11. I was not acknowledged when I entered and decided to wait in my car as it was still being prepared. I attempted to go back inside at 11:25ish, but the door was locked. I then had to wait in the drive through behind two cars, and therefore it took a very long time (approximately 20 more minutes) to receive my order. It was barely warm, and when I asked before paying, I was told it was “very hot.” Figured that was a bit of a stretch but paid anyways as I was hungry after waiting this long for food. Terrible to no service, and almost cold food. Go literally anywhere else.

Marcos is hit and miss. Sometimes the pizzas are cooked well with deliciously crispy crust and melted toppings. Other times, it's slightly under-done which is terrible.Their pricing is good when they have coupons and when the pizza is made well. But when the pizza is poor, it's a terrible deal.Actually, it's expensive. That's what's frustrating. If the pizza could always be right, then it would always be worth it. But it's not always right, so sometimes after consecutive failures, I go to Pizza Hut.

I was double charged for one pizza. Call back to the manager the next day which was today and the manager was rude and told me that they only had one charge and refused to refund me the second charge.Very unhelpful and very unprofessional. Called corporate and they were not helpful. Go somewhere else. Pizza is trash anyway. 2 weeks later still no refund.!!!!

Quick Lunch Bite!A team order was complied for lunch, with my order included. Placing the order was extremely difficult with the clerk of the establishment and my peer. After the order was placed, my peer stated the complications experienced, and we said “There might be something wrong with our order.”Once my peer returned, and the boxes were opened we discovered, that this was not what we ordered.The Manager was called immediately, and he made it right with both myself and my peer.The pizza was phenomenal! The right amount of ingredients and the crust was good!We would revisit Marcos on lunch break!!
