Horrible Service. Can never serve orders the way they are placed then when you tell them the order is wrong they look at you dumb founded. How do you mistake Sausage for Steak. Ah Sausage Bagels don’t have onions. When a customer orders plain bagels with breakfast sauce only why would you give them sausage bagels and breakfast sauce on the side. Unbelievable if your cooks don’t understand or read English get a new one.

With a given couple of people who make coming here a great place and a pleasant experience most the time. I really thank them. Unfortunately I have to give this location two stars because in the evening there are disrespectful people working and I really didn't like the way I was being treated. The parking lot is clean most of the time... Honestly, giving the shady behavior of the few that I had the pleasure of running into this evening. I wouldn't eat any food that they served and I'm sorry the poor manager had to deal with such a bad crew except for a few.Parking: The parking lot is usually pretty cleaned and friendly. However, I'm not so sure about the evening...

We visited, we ordered, we received food and drinks, we ate, we left.This McDonalds must be saving money on ice. The order before us and our order came with drinks with no ice. We had to ask for ice and the young lady gave us half a cup for our two drinks. We had to add it ourself.When we ordered it was obvious that the young lady did not care one ioda about being at work as her phone was center stage, she bent at the waist, hit a few buttons on the screen and started texting. To say "we felt like we were not supposed to be there" is an understatement.It looked like a lot of people were working together to make and serve the food we ordered. Our food was delivered hot so the visit wasn't a total loss. We won't return, but the rest of you.......have at it.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered cookies, fries & happy meal. They pulled me up & told me they would bring the food to me. That was at 3:04. At 3:22 I had to go inside to get my own food & FINALLY got my order at 3:27. Might as well just went in & ordered.

Waited for 30+ minutes for two chicken biscuits and a hash brown the past two visits. Had to go inside this past time because they kept skipping over our car and immediately were given our bag that was presumably just sitting there waiting to go out the entire time. Management needs to figure out the system they have in place if a car is pulling into a spot after going through the drive through.

Watch you drinks. It took me a few visits to realize when I order a large drink, I’m getting a medium. Bad enough we’re spending $12 on a nugget meal without getting the right size drink.

This is the worst McDonald's I have been in in a long time. The kids chicken nuggets were hard as rocks. The bathroom was filthy. There's no diaper changing station. When you finally can get someone to the front to take your order, they are cold and act like they couldn't care less about anything. The manager rolled her eyes in frustration when she had to come take an order because the boys kept leaving the register. The sundaes that I ordered for the kids came out noticeably different with the amount of ice cream in the cup. One was full. One was about 3/4 full. One of the other customers in the dining room said its always like that in this particular McDonald's. Whoever owns this McDonals’s needs to make some serious changes or just let this place go.

Literally every time I go here, it's at least a 20 minute wait. They make you park so they can keep their drive thru times down and then you're stuck wondering where your food is. I've had to go in and ask, and THEN I get my food. Very poorly managed for subpar food. Go to a different location.

My husband came in and ordered me a cheeseburger no pickle extra cheese. They did a cheeseburger no pickle, no cheese. Who orders a cheeseburger REALLY!! Who orders a cheeseburger no cheese??? That's just a hamburger. If they can't hear fix the machine or get hearing aids for employees. Don't get me wrong I love McDonald's but get employees who care and pay attention to the guests.
