It's not what it used to be. So I guess it is what it is, and I don't think it will ever be what it used to be. And I don't think that it matters which one you go to for a shake, machine is always broke down. Waited in line for 37 minutes before I got told the same old story. And that is what it is !!!!

I was robbed there 2 times mc Donald's, I ordered meal and asked for sauce, they charged me for it but never gave me any sauce , twise. Should be prosecuted

I went to the drive through where this person came on the intercom took my order which I gave him twice. It never showed up on the screen and he never told me how much. He proceeded to have a foul language conversation with a Co worker that was broadcast thru the parking lot. When I informed him of this he never replied. They just kept talking . I drove off and went to Arby's instead. And you guys want 15 an hour for this type of service? Let's get real!

Incompetent, disrespectful and very rude Manager. I started to place an order at the drive thru, gave my rewards code and I was told that the code was invalid (which has happened before) so I went into the dinning room to place my order, same code worked fine at the kiosk, received my $48.60 order, when I requested a receipt the manager told me they don't give receipts and couldn't provide one. Then proceeded to say "Have a good day, I hope your day gets better for you!"... I struggled to maintain my composure but did, and walked out.
