No customer service just a kiosk to order from. They focus mainly on the drive thru while you wait 15 minutes for your fast food in the lobby. Then when you get it it hard over cooked burgers and cold fries. Just pitiful.

Not sure why their hours say Drive thru is open until 12am, but when I came through at 1120pm no one came over the intercom to take my order but there were several employees still inside the restaurant and outside conversing. Upper management need to get involved with this late night crew?

After sitting at the speaker with no answer for several minutes then finally driving around to the window and seeing 2 employees looking back at me but not acknowledging me until I finally blew my horn just for them to tell me they’re not open during what was supposed to be normal operating hours, I left with no food! Subpar, even for McDonalds.

Visit this McDonald’s a lot. It’s a hit or miss depending on the crew working. Going inside is definitely slower than drive through even if you placed a mobile order. Last visit, waited in drive thru at the speaker along with other cars and no one ever answered. Employees were inside walking around, so other patrons and myself just left. Now I start stopping at other McDonald’s on my way to work instead of this one close to where I live.
I’ve been sitting in the drive through waiting to order long enough to leave this review. There’s no one in front of me. They just haven’t come to the speaker. —- I’ve finally ordered. It is taking forever.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Reidville rd McDonald’s!!!!!!My boyfriend ordered his lunch from here and had a bandaid in his food they took the sandwich from him told him no one was wearing a bandaid and couldn’t have got into his food that way but how the hell else would it get there? Then refused to remake his order … I will be calling corporate for him and making a very formal complaint and he’s been sick throwing up since he took that bite out that burger but can’t afford to leave his job to go to the ER so when he gets home we will be doing so and for the manager that dismissed this I’ve worked for many restaurants and your supposed to have gloves on over bandaids so your not making your employees follow food safety precautions and that’s terrible what if that person has AIDS and my man bit into that sandwich and now has to go through all this testing to make sure none of y’all nasty people have given him a disease …. Y’all really messed up this time cause I’m not backing down from this y’all are nasty as hell!

I don't know why its so freaking hard to just put sweet and sour and ketchup in the bag. Literally every single time I get food here they forget one, on top of that nuggets are rarely fresh and same with the fries. If I could recommend one thing it would be to go to the McDonald's by academy. Apparently their manager cares about the quality of the food they sell. Not this place though. Avoid if you can.
