The staff is absolutely ridiculous here. The first time we ordered 18bagels and got home to realize there were only 16 because apparently they don't know how to count. When we called back up there, they made a fuss about us not checking before we left. The second time we ordered online and had someone go pick it up. Not only could they not figure out where our order was to begin with, but they made us get out of the drive through and go inside and there was absolutely no one at the front counter to help us. With hope expensive the food is, I expect good service with it and they just don't deliver.

The salad was great and it was a nice day to sit on the outside of the clean patio.
Always great atmosphere but the croissant was a little dry. Food is always just okay but I mostly come for the quiet, the wifi and the iced teas.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
I wasn’t feeling well and ordered soup and grilled cheese take out. It was ready quick but I’d say one of the worst chicken noodle soups and grilled cheese I’ve ever had. They really need to step it up.

First time coming to this location and felt like I ordered with a person who’s miserable with their job. I was rushed with my order and the girl who took my order gave me attitude for no reason. She was mumbling and it was hard to hear her so when I asked her to repeat herself she says anything else for you with a nasty tone. Where are the manners?!! The girl in the window was nice.
