This papa John’s has fallen off. Customer service is bad!! Twice my husband has walked out because no one came to the register to take his order. He said it’s always a bunch of kids playing around like they’re busy. If you see people at the register, they need to STOP what they are doing and take orders. I will be contacting corporate.

Updated Each VisitDo not order here. I can't believe another Local Guide actually gave this place five stars. This place is literally trying to go out of business. It's drive thru only after it gets dark outside, so you are forced to either use their delivery service or get cold pizza guaranteed because no one can get in to pick it up; neither you nor Doordash can get any of the stacks of pizzas getting colder by the second you can see in the window. All the other pizza places in town offer multiple ways to get your pizza including walking in all night. Order from one of these.3/13/24 - back again after I wrote this review only to find it yet another ridiculous line. I have been sitting here now for 15 minutes and it has not moved at all. Pizzas are ready and waiting and nobody can get to them. This is insane. Another photo added. They are almost out on to reidville road right now causing traffic issues. I kid you not one of the dudes that's supposed to be making pizzas right now is standing there eating the pizza. Not a glove to be found amongst anybody either. I used to work for Papa John's and know better than this. I'm done at this point and calling corporate tomorrow.

Even though this location is very close to my home and I have ordered there many times, I have rarely gotten a decent pizza. It’s been average so I have continued to order hoping to one day get a pizza as good as the ones I used to get at the location down in GA when I lived down there 3 yrs ago. Last night was the final straw and I won’t be ordering there ever again. I ordered two large pizzas, both of which the crust was not properly cooked to the point the dough was still raw throughout. To put it mildly, they were both just gross. This was $30 worth of pizza into the trash can. If you can’t even train or supervise your employees properly to even bake a pizza the way it should be baked, you have no business selling pizzas to the public. Sorry but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this location!

I order the same thing every time a few times a week but the last 4-5 times it has been trash!! The Oreo bites been burnt, and my steak papadia has had this gritty texture on top of the steak being small balls now like hamburger.. i can definitely tell they have new staff..

Placed a pick up order for a large Italian pizza. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Not too greasy, fluffy crust, good flavor. Def check out their website for coupons before ordering because I got $4 off for a speciality pizza!

Not the best but not the worst. They need to figure out their rush times. I waited 1.5 hours for food. Which was expected when I placed the order. That just seems excessive. I love Papa Johns Pizza!

Terrible service today. Severely backed up in unprocessed orders and most of the staff including the manager were in disarray. Cancelled my order after an hour wait; order was not even started. Pizza is usually good, messed up my order the last time but was properly corrected. Could benefit from new staff or management and a more accessible location.
