I placed an order today. I always order from boiling springs Pizza Hut because it’s 5 minutes away from my house. I never have any customer service issues except for today when I placed an order for a personal pan the lady that took my order was very rude. She rushed me off the phone and I was still talking and she hung up on me so I called me asking to speak with a supervisor she said she was a supervisor and apologized but hung up quickly again. I’m really big on customer service. I’m an owner of 2 zaxbys and getting ready to open up another one in Union county so there is no excuse to be that rude. I will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again based off one employee. I do not appreciate that and I never complain or leave negative reviews.

Absolutely amazing. I came through the drive through a couple of minutes ago and they where all as sweet as can be. I wish I would've caught their names. We need more people like them in this world

Should call it Jabba the Hutt. Worst pizza ever. Probably made by elf's from the North Pole. This has happened to me 2 times. Hardly any ingredients on pizza. Very little cheese and Tomato Sauce. Stopped delivering to my area even though I live about 12-15 minutes between 2 Pizza Huts. Was a life time pizza hut fan. Will not go there ever again.

Hot and fresh out of the oven for my scheduled pickup time. Customer service was great. Pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls tasted great. Can't beat the price for the amount of food that feed 5 of us.

Placed an order and an item was forgotten when delivered. I called and spoke with the manager and he was so helpful and apologetic he sent the item out for delivery within minutes. Thank you Pizza Hut you guys are the best.

I placed an order online. Within a few minutes I got a phone call stating that they were out of stock of what I ordered. So I changed my order. After waiting an hour they finally told me they had nothing in stock for pizza. Not impressed!
The pizza bundle with pasta that we ordered tonight 12/9/22 is PERFECTION!!! Fast and fresh delivery. I would give 10 stars if I could. Bravo to this location!

This was the worst service ever. Ordered online and got the text to come get my food. My food was not ready,so the manager ask me to pull around, my pizza had 2 minutes left. 25 minutes later I got my pizza after having to go in and wait 15 more minutes.

The app said my was ready head to the store, I get there and went to drive thru window and was ask to pull around my pizza still had 2 minutes. We pull around and after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to get my food. At first I was ignored, then told my food would be right up. 15 more minutes go by before I ever get my food. contact customer service and still no response after 4 days. Shut this place down until It gets staff
