Spicy chicken- more like torched tongue Couldn't eat it. Chicken breast- not sure if the chicken is the marinaded, but it tasted like ocean water. Wouldn't eat it. Never again ?

Went to try the wings butt ended up eating wings and shrimp basket and fish sandwich the fish sandwich was flounder I believe it's the best I've had so far really good the shrimp off the chain call me crazy butt overall some of the best food and all @ one place ???

I went there on last night (1/27/24). I went to the drive thru and placed my order. I purchased the 12 mild. The woman (who will remain nameless) at the drive thru informed me there was going to be a wait on the mild. I said that was fine. I paid for my order and she told me to pull up into a parking spot and someone will bring it to me. It was 8:56 pm when I placed the order. I waited in my car for 45 to 50 minutes for my order to be brought to me. I had to go inside and tell the other cashier about my long wait. She printed up my receipt to make sure if that was my order. It was correct. One of the other cashiers said she didn't remember taking my order which she was right. The woman who actually took my order debated with her for a moment until it was resolved. What bothered me was I didn't get an apology for my long wait. And, the other cashier was rude when she gave me my order by saying "here you go." When I left there, it was almost 10:00 pm. Surprisingly, my food was still hot. I personally believe everyone on staff needs to properly trained in dealing with people.

Ordered door dash from this location, they didnt even have my order in their system and only sent the dasher to my house with 1 sandwich when i placed an entire order…. Will never eat here or order door dash from this location again!

Sitting here in absolute shock about the food. It's straight up look like the food had been sabotaged like whomever box it had a problem with me personally or something. We've been looking forward to building up these points for a long time and getting to use them. There's pieces of chicken in here I've never even seen before. Something looks like a finger and a neck and a wing all combined it's weird. Other pieces are strange as well. On top of that I ordered 18 wings and they left off a whole order of wings we discovered when we got back to the house. And then they were closed. My family used some hard-earned Popeyes points for this food. I need this whole meal refunded or a new one. This is just absolutely unacceptable.

Different location but the same service and the food is meh at best. A few penny’s from $30.00 for 6 piece wing combo and spicy when I asked for classic. No ranch to go with meal. Also a 3 piece chicken tender combo that was all jumbled in the box. 2 apple pies. Won’t make this mistake again.
