I can't say enough about how delicious the cupcakes are at Smallcakes! Each time I visit, I am always greeted with a smile. The owner, Cherella, was so kind to answer my questions and help me make the best choices for a celebration for my neice and her coworkers. If you haven't had an opportunity to visit Smallcakes, make it a priority to do so in the near future!
We went last night for the first time and what a positive experience!! Phenomenal customer service makes all the difference even before you buy. CJ was SO professional, friendly and helpful; he patiently described each cupcake in detail as a server would describe offerings at the finest restaurant . Stopped in to try a few things since it was right next to the hotel I was at! I tried the Banana Cream Ice Cream which was so delicious and also picked up a cupcake that was recommended! I met the baker while there who was super helpful and sweet in what her recommendations were! Would definitely go back next time I’m in the area!
