Great service by Chelsea!! Atmosphere is great and very welcoming. Food was impeccable with great flavor profiles. Ribs fall off the bone and the wings are amazing!

The BBQ was really good. The brisket was great with amazing portions. The service was less good. Our waitress didn't seem to know anything about the beers they had or BBQ or their menu. Then she tried to sneak in a 25% tip without asking. The atmosphere was a little dead as well. I wonder if that had more to do with the wait staff than anything.
We were extremely disappointed in the food. I had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on top. The entire sandwich was almost entirely fat. Each bite had a big chunk of fat. I understand BBQ will have some fat, but this was not edible. I ended up tossing it because it was that bad. It had a tiny smidge of coleslaw on it. You could not even taste the slaw because it was such a skimpy amount. My husband had a burger that had to black burned thin patties on it. Our daughter got the pork sliders and 2 out of 3 were good. The 3rd one consisted largely of fat. The hand-cut fries were good. I cannot believe this place has such good reviews. We have zero intentions of going back. We did have a really nice server.

The service here has declined each time we've visited. It isn't bad, but mediocre. The restaurant is large but sparse and it feels unfinished. The food varies in quality. They do some really interesting and cool items but overall it is pretty average.
