What a major disappointment. One chef cooking all food, multiple empty dishes on buffet table, full self serve with drinks: coffee, water, OJ, NO servers at all. We were not greeted by anyone except to pay prior to entry. Now we understand why- never again would I waste time or money to eat at Sparky’s. All paper products, including plastic silverware, and paper cups yet no change in price. Each buffet is $15/pp. This used to be a great place to go but has more than gone downhill in every way. Hardee’s would have been just as good with better customer service than we just experienced. By the way, the ticket asked for a tip (prior to eating) which we gave a gracious amount but no one bothered to tell us it was all self serve- no waiter/waitress on the floor. Marriott has lost all respect with this.
Honestly worst food I’ve had, the food has no flavor. The kitchen doesn’t even care to warm up the bread that comes out with the burger. The okay part of the salmon was the asparagus and that’s unfortunate. We were served an appetizer without plates ? ate on a napkin because waiting for the service would’ve been even more annoying. Save your trip go somewhere else.I do not recommend for anything.

Had to listen to bar tender tell her personal issues and how the hotel hosts international guests so corona virus no big deal. She really wasn't interested in waiting on customers but only offering personal issues. Served folks wrong drinks.

Staff seemed like they had never worked in a restaurant before. Service was disjointed. Included items were not provided. Took forever for food to get there even though it was not very busy. Just seemed like they did not know what they were doing.
