Got my drink fast. I ordered the matcha with lavender foam. No complaints there. However, the location was very messy inside. Floors were not swept well and had stains. Bathrooms really needed attention. Compared to other locations, this one was the messiest, unfortunately.

I have lived in many states and went to many locations in those states, and i also was a shift leader for starbucks for 3 years. I dont think i have ever been to such a slow starbucks before. I have been living around this starbucks since July 2023 and i learned quickly to avoid it and go to another location. I pass this starbucks every single day on the way to work, and i used to go 7 days a week, and i now only go 1-2 days a week and only when i can go to other locations. I used to mobile order my coffee around 715-725 everyday and show up at 750 and VERY often my order wouldnt be ready. That is absolutely insane to me that ONE single drink would take that long. I used to do cold brew and also iced lattes, and nomatter what drink it was it took this long. Today i went and i ordered at 12:00 PM and didnt get my order until 12:16PM. It was an iced chai with no espresso or anything, theres no reasont hat should take 16 minutes. I had to stop going to starbucks because it takes at minimum 15 mins to get a drink and at max sometimes it would be 30-40 minutes. i truly dont understand how it can take this long for a single drink. Something needs to change.

Sometimes you get what you ordered, sometimes you don't. One of those times husband got several bakery items I ordered and they didn't give us one. Didn't bother to even tell us!! Tried to say we could get a refund on the app and to this day I have never figured out how to do it!! There's no options for it! Half the time they could care less about their jobs here. Terrible location.

The staff was incredibly kind and efficient despite being really busy! The seating is great from groups of 2 but a bit more difficult for larger groups.Parking: When it’s busy there are not a lot of spots that aren’t blocked by the drive through. But when it’s slower, the spots are much more open.

Horrible experience, a woman cut the drive thru line of about 8 cars, causing those patiently waiting to get upset and honk. As she would not leave, honking continued, causing a staff member to come out. The staff member told those who were waiting in line to leave, and took the order of the woman who cut the line. The staff at this location are clueless, and illogical. A complaint was filed with coroporate, and will hopefully ensure something of this nature does not take place again. This is written to encourage that others don’t waste their time here.

Always very good when I get my drink or food. But when I do a mobile order almost twenty minutes before I get there I expect it to be ready. When I walk in no one is even in there, spending too much time on drive through orders. There needs to be an equal balance.

This Starbucks is the worst. They never fill your drink to the top. Anytime I go to another Starbucks, I place the same order and my cup is always full- this one never does.
