i stopped in on a 12 hour road trip to grab a coffee, some food, and some gas at the grocery store. the cafe was uninviting and there was no sense of urgency. being that i was a barista for years, i can tell when someone is new and when someone just doesn’t care. my drink was made wrong and i didn’t know until after we pulled out of the parking lot /:<
