Line was super long and employees had no system to make the drinks. They would shut down taking orders to catch up and most of the time they were talking and not making drinks. When I finally got to order the cashier was rude, no smile and didn’t even ask my order just stood there until I started speaking. Then they forgot the sandwich I ordered, and they were out of the correct tops for the drink, a cold foam drink needs a sip lid. That’s the whole point of the cold foam. Manager needs to step in and train these employees. I worked at starbucks before and it was not like this… this was a mess, don’t wanna wait 20 mins for 2 coffees and a sandwich.

Come on. Again with the training, new employee very unsure how drinks are made I asked for a caramel macchiato with whip. No whip and no caramel on the sides of cup. Then when I asked to add whip it was melty not firm and you can see the result on the pictures. Unacceptable

Terrible, terrible, went in drive thru and clerk was very rude when asking about peppermint mocha. She said in loud tone WE DONT HAVE ANY PEPPERMINT . I said thank you and came out of drive thru, I will never ever, ever go back to that starbuck . Here we go again with all these uneducated people we have to deal with. South Carolina is full of them. What makes it worser is we a school on every corner.

If you love coffee how can you not love Starbucks. Just the great smell of grown-up coffee beans when you walk up is great. I not to good at the Starbucks lingo but they make it work.

Sometimes it's nice sometimes it feels as if you are a burden to be ordering coffee.Kid-friendliness: Once I had a barista fix my toddler a warm apple juice with whip in a tiny cup completely free of charge. Best barista ever!Parking: Big enough parking lot since it is located in a Target.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access here.Dietary restrictions: You can get coffee with milk alternatives for a bit more money.
