I am so incredibly disappointed with my order that I almost cried. I was at home, working tirelessly for a 10-hour shift, and had someone pick up my order from the restaurant on my behalf. Unfortunately, when they left Subway, they informed me that the chips and drink were missing from the order. Despite being upset, they kindly took the time to go back and try to rectify the situation. It's disheartening to mention that they had to raise their voice to get the restaurant to bring out the order. Finally, when I received my sandwich, the most important veggie, black olives, was missing. This has been without a doubt the worst experience I've had. Shame on you!

Best Subway I've ever been to and definitely one of our new top spots. The love is in the air from the time you walk through the door! Such a calm atmosphere. The fresh smell of baked bread just blends in with the music and makes you feel great. The staff here is so lovely and so friendly. You will really feel at home here. We felt so welcomed and they made my son with pure love!

Came to order tuna but no tuna was available. The cashier said that they are out of it and he could not find a container that even has it in the back. ?? Manager please take a closer look to what is missing in stocks please. The guy was polite which made the visit pleasant.

For 2 consecutive Fridays I have ordered online, but when it's time for me to pick up my order (before the posted close time of 6:00P, usually around 4:00), the restaurant is CLOSED. No sign on the door, nothing. The food is delicious, but if the owner is approving a change of hours, it would be nice to know before I pay online for something I won't be able to receive. Very disappointing.

Lasonya was the best. She made my meal with love. Made sure that it was made like I wanted it. Restaurant was very clean and a warm welcome upon entering. I go every morning for breakfast. No more waffle house. Thanks ?
Very disappointed they got my order wrong for a tuna salad an only sent the salad no tuna and when I asked how they wanted to fix this they told me they would give me 2 scoops in a cup of tuna of tuna I told them to keep it. If they can't spare a little lettuce and vegetables to remake what they got wrong I will never be back sorry Subway you used to be my favorite.

It was my first visit and I had a good experience. I ordered the spinach wrap with teriyaki chicken, provolone cheese, spinach leaves, chipotle ranch sauce, with light pepper. *in case anyone wants to try it* please bring back the mesquite bbq sauce! I would have posted a picture but unfortunately the sandwich didn't make it. I will the next time I go.

Since the new owner of this location has taken over, I have noticed seen a sunificant change, and not for the best. For years, this was a Great restaurant for fast food in the downtown area. Serving so many 8 -5 customers. Since the new owner, I have ssen a big change in staff, stopped breakfast, food not always fresh, alot of items not available due to running out, no tea due to machine broken. I would think as a Business person and Restaurant owner, you would want better for your restaurant, and continue to cater to the customers. Highly disappointed.
