Always rude, i get that they are busy but really. I asked for cucumbers on my sandwich and there was only one left in the bucket. Guess how many cucumbers I got? THAT ONE. Like these sandwiches are overpriced and you can't give me more than one?! Lazy and can't be bothered to set out some cucumbers. My sandwich is all just thrown together in some pile of food. I remember why I don't like going there because it's always the same. When your job is customer service at least put a fake smile on.

Ordered online through doordash. Took over 2 hours to get 3 simple sandwiches. Couldn't eat them because they looked disgusting. Meat was warm and bread was soggy. Threw away $30 worth of food.

Fraud going on at this store with "mandy" and whoever else. Called to report fraud from my credit card was used to place an order here from the subway app she made a joke like "she loves making sandwiches so no need to cancel the order" ? What kind of b.s is that even after i told her the order was fraud i live in a totally different state and don't give the order out since she said she was still making them. Called my bank to report fraud Called her back told her it was me and she hung up and then repeated ignored my calls when I kept calling afterwards

there is definitely some fraud going on at this store- in regards to a "mandy" if that is even her real name. i live in another state and got an email that an order was placed here, i called immedilety and spoke with "mandy" and she told me nothing she can do about it because she loves making sandwiches and its my issue to call the bank (which i did, reported fraud) and contacted the bbb and filed a police report- called her back and she hung up on me after i told her to cancel the order since she said she was barely making them for whoever was going to go in to get them- called repeatedly after and my calls were ignored sounds like she may behind some or all of this to think its a joke and say "i love making sandwiches and no reason for her to decline or cancel the order" even after i told her it was fraud and not me and my credit card was used!!!

The worst service I've ever experienced; got my order completely wrong and didn't care to fix it; I Grubhubed food for my lunch at work because I'm not allowed to leave and they got my food completely wrong, ordered a steak and cheese just to get steak and loads of Mayo, on top of the fact that I ordered a footlong just for one half to be burn and the bread was hard, called to at least get it fixed and they acted like They had no idea what I was talking about, definitely will not be giving them my business anymore!

Refuse to give money back for food that was not made because they were closed. Still waiting two months for a refund. Do not eat here.
