Let me preface with how much I LOVE Subway and frequent this location. But tonight was unexpected. The young woman at the drive through window had the rudest and most lackluster attitude I have experienced in a while. Sighing and breathing hard like she couldn’t be bothered to take our order. Unnecessary and unacceptable. If an eye-roll was a person, it’d been her.

I do not recommend this subway at all! My bread was hard and crumbly whenever I bit into my sub, the lettuce was not fresh at all, and when I went to try and get a refund the boy at the register was clipping his nails! The girl who made my sub tried to argue me down about it not being a big deal and told me my only other option was to get another sub made. Neither of the two employees that were there knew how to process a refund and had to call the manger who was not in store multiple times so she could explain to them how to process a refund. Both of the employees had in AirPods and could barely hear what I was saying the entire time! Highly disappointed in subway.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch with mayo. I got bread, bacon and cheese. Had to go back for the chicken what there was. Worst subway I've ever had!

Former employee here HAS ROACHES IN THE FOOD ! the management is terrible I have been left by myself as a trainee on multiple occasions and there was no food prepared as well as I was asked to come in upon being sick Shonda is very argumentative as a manager and slacks at her job majorly as well as the owner Mahummad is very verbal towards his staff and touches the food with his barehands everything is definitely under code as a former employee

I was so disappointed in this location today. I wanted to try something new so I ordered the #12. The first guy started making it and then let me know they don't carry mozzarella cheese... Which is listed on 3 subs... Ok, whatever. Then we got to veggies and the girl didn't know what went on it. Told me they were out of lettuce (how at a sub place???) But I wanted spinach anyway. Then she tells me she's going to have to put my avocado paste (the sign says freshly sliced avocado) in a container for me to put on myself because she forgot to start with that and now it would be too messy... By the end, I didn't even want the sub I chose, but that's what I'm stuck with ?

The owner was yelling at my daughter (employee) in front of customers. This was her first job. He doesn’t know how to talk to people.I spoke with him over the phone again he was yelling at me.I see why they can’t keep nobody at that location.

Ordered a BLT sandwich with mustard, mayo, avocado, and shredded cheddar on multi-grain bread at the drive through window. The associate wrote down my order and repeated it to me. Minutes later she gave me my order and I was on my way. Got back to my office, opened the wrapping and noticed that my sandwich only had bacon, mustard, and mayo on it.How in the world something so simple as a BLT could get so messed up is beyond me.If I wasn't on a time crunch, I would have returned to have it rectified.Buyer beware.
