Drivethru and this subway don't mix well at all plus it messes my door dashes up when it's drive thru only at night.

Always short staffed because employees call in all the time. They lock the doors at lunch time and you have to go through the drive thru. I don’t see this place being open much longer start firing and re hiring! There are two employees that seem to always be there and they were working the lunch hour today and they are great. The rest of the crew needs some help.

I ordered a tuna sub but was told they were out of mayonnaise and couldn't make tuna sub. Is this a way to run a business. Had to order turkey instead. Do restaurants not order enough to fix what they are selling. Sounds like management needs to do better training. By the way, a walmart is within sight of this location, five minutes to go get mayonnaise and five minutes back. I guess we will have to expect this more often. (Firehouse was first choice, but we're out of ham for hook & ladder sub.) Get use to this people. Training begins at home.

When I walked in I was not greeted nobody uttered a word out of 3 people. After I received my food I politely asked for the packets of condiments and I said I just wanted a couple of each. The lady then proceeded to give me more than a handful of mayo and mustard and walked away. I tried to get the other girls attention and I was loud enough but she completely ignored me so I asked again even louder for the rest of the condiments that I asked for. I made an order online for a ham sub but they gave me salami which I don’t eat. I look at my sandwich again after taking a couple of bites and it has pet hair on it.

The staff were very busy but communicated well that it would take them a minute to get to us. They were actually helpful in suggesting menu options that were not listed.

This location does not pay attention to orders; this is the second time this week that they have messed up my order and the only thing they have to say is that they did not read the order properly.

Quick dinner. If possible, order thru the app. Your order is more likely to be accurate. Additionally there are often available discounts. I'm finding that I can order from home, and it will be ready when I arrive.

The door says they're lobby is open til 8pm. Tonight it was closed at 730pm and the kid pointed at drive thru and shrugged. The drive thru speaker was broken and a van was parked in the drive thru. Absolutely useless. I couldn't even get my dinner.

I tried putting my order in online and I was having issues with the order going through. So I decided to call and of course no one answered. Left work went to subway the doors was looked. Went to the drive thru because I saw a car in the drive thru window. Sat there no one took my order so I drove to the window. The guy finally came to the window asked if I had an online order I said no. My order went go through. He said well we had an emergency with a employee and waiting on the ambulance. I drove out of the drive thru sat there for a few mins figuring out where I'm going to order. Look back and the employees are outside laughing and carrying of with someone in a car. I'm just a little confused. You can take online orders but not drive thru orders.?

Wow!! A Great Subway experience!! Excellent dining in, Subs were delicious (veggies were crisp, and fresh) The staff was so fantastic and friendly, It was a pleasure to be able to experience it. It was on the way to an appointment, so it was "lucky" thing for me to find such a treat! Thank you to the staff (they deserve a free sub when they are working, my goodness to have to smell that yummy smell all day, and work hard, that deserves a "Sub" on the house) Kudos to them, it's a rare thing to see a restaurant that clean and have such great people!!Vegetarian options: There is a nice array of veggies to pick from, that are cut to perfection, and crisp, taste the freshness when you bite into them!!Kid-friendliness: Staff was kind, friendly, patient, when my youngest son wanted to make his own sub order (not Mom.) There were clean toddler chairs available if needed.Parking: Store front, side parking was availableWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and accomodations

Smh this subway does what it wants to do. It must be family owned i’m assuming and the owner must work in there because they open exactly when they feel like it and they close earlier then the time says they are supposed to!
