Sloppy, everything was just thrown into the food the last time I went there. Everything falling apart. Got yelled at through the drive through after repeatedly saying we weren’t ready to order yet and we had just pulled up. We asked three times for mild sauce just to not get any AND the food was wrong. I don’t blame any of my people for going and showing out in there. If you want to get paid you have to treat customers like you WANT them there.

This is one of the better if not the best taco bell I've been to. I'll say the best one ive been to. Bathrooms are very clean also the inside of the restaurant is clean.Workers are friendly and helpful. And guess what....THEY, 100%, GOT MY ORDER RIGHT AND ALL THE FOOD I ORDERED WAS IN THE BAG.GOOD JOB TO THE STAFF.Stopped here heading to Tennessee from columbia sc.So If you are traveling on the interstate this is an easy stop as it's right off the interstate. I'll definitely stop here again.Parking: Definitely enough parking there around the entire tacobellWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
Ordered Doritos locos tacos, a few soft tacos, Pepsi, Baja blast, and a cheese quesadilla off doordash. We received a chicken quesadilla, soft tacos with no lettuce, and a mtn dew instead of a Baja blast. Please don’t waste your money here. I’m sure the workers couldn’t care less about u or your food but it’s worth the time to go to a different Taco Bell. By far the worst one I’ve experienced.

Was dining in with some friends today around 2:20, a family accidentally grabbed the wrong order (there was no one standing up front so of course they didn’t realize) when a worker named CHRISTY found out, instead of just taking the mistake as a learning lesson, she literally grabbed the food out of the families hands and threw it away in the trash beside them…she should have corrected the mistake instead of loudly chastising these customers and making them feel as if they were a problem. I truly believe that if this family would have been white, she would never have humiliated them that way.

Not sure why things were so slow...but I was waiting 25 mins in the drive through line. I was boxed in and could not escape. Please note drive through can become a one way trap.

For the amount of people at the window the service should not have been that slow. After finally ordering I was asked if I wanted to donate and I told them no. I got to the window and paid but when I looked at the receipt it showed that I donated even after I said clearly “no thank you.” It was disrespectful and showed that they don’t listen and didn’t understand why I was mad about 50 cents even after I told them it’s the principle that I was made about. Donating is voluntary not forced then when I checked my bag all of the potatoes for BOTH my tacos were scattered at the bottom of the bag, only thing wrapped properly was my burrito. This location needs to do better and hire employees who aren’t disrespectful and actually listen.
I wish I could give them a zero. The food was horrible. One of the Crunchwraps spelled like someone poured lotion into it. The food was ice cold.

2024 edit:All I managed to do was spend $30 and go home with food poisoning, waking me up the next day. Lost time from work, can't eat because of it. Absolutely unacceptable! Get your business together or close down!!!

Non-professional employees work at the Arlado hotel and all the guests complain about the restaurant, they should separate a place like that, it is not good for anyone.

Ms. Chrissy gave me great Customer Service, and she help me out with a problem that I had with my order food was made fresh and lobby was clean. Bathrooms look good definitely will be coming back.
