I loved tropical grill until I moved to spartanburg. This is the worst I've been to. Food is always great but I can't tell you how many times I go through the drive through only to have to go in to have them correct the issue. Sometimes I don't catch it until I get home and that's worse. I just went through drive through and ordered cuban pork bowl and a side of pork. I said I wanted 3 EXTRA cups of curry sauce. I get home and my wife opens it and we have 2 cups... that's it so we get 1 each. I will not return to this location. To much time and aggravation dealing with that crew

Erica at the Spartanburg location has the best personality! She is so friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. She walked around and picked up plates when people were done, cleaned tables, took orders and was friendly to all the customers she came in contact with.
The staff here are so nice and welcoming. Erica is always up front when we come (we eat here a lot) with a welcoming smileAnd great sense of humor. Not a single issue ever with anything.
