I have dietary restrictions so I always eat at Wendy's in Columbus, N.C. & it is always perfect so I thought I'd go here while having to stay with a loved one in the hospital. I came here at least 5 - 10 times within a two week period. Each visit, I had to wait. At least 15 minutes each time. Food was wrong despite having to wait almost every time. They seemed very unorganized. Chili wasn't correct, several times. You can tell the recipe wasn't followed properly. Not sure what they have going on in this location, if they didn't served baked potatoes, I wouldn't have continued to return. Very beautiful location, lousy service. Baked potatoes were good tho. & it seemed like the lobby was locked a lot too.Dietary restrictions: I have dietary restrictions & I was not happy here. :(Parking: Lots of parking. Lot was empty every time.

Will not be back to this location. They are rude young girls who apparently don’t like their job and take it out on the customers just wanting the food that was paid for. I don’t know how the manager lets this go on. Lost a loyal customer last night.

My fries And chili I get from here are usually tasteful. I just don't like how at this one my box of fries was half filled and weren't fresh. That irritated me. Besides that no issues.

Just went there and had to wait 5 minutes for my food only to have to put my nuggets in the microwave when I got home. I'm sick of this place and giving them chances! Count your days!!!

I had a drive thru visit on 01/6/2024.The service was horrible. My order total was $25.74.I ordered a total of 3 meals..I requested a receipt and for the meals to be placed in separate bags.I rudely was told to park while the order was being prepared,and that the receipt would be in the bag. After about 8 minutes the order was brought to the car without the receipt and meals in separate bags.I drove back up to the drivethu window for a bag and receipt. Once home I discovered that food was missing. I called back to the restaurant and a female manager on duty rudely told me that she was the manager and packed the order and there was nothing she could do about the missing food.I explained that I had just spent $25.74 at her establishment and that I surely would like about missing food.The manager hung up in my face.I do not and would not recommend this establishment at all; slow service,rude cashiers ,rude managers, and luke warm food.

Rude amd Unprofessional Cashier in the drive thru provoked an argument as I was checking my bag because she wanted me to leave the drive thru because of their timer. No one was in line and I took less than a minute. Fast Food is all about profits now and nothing about customer service. Will not be back ever.
