Went there today 4/2/24. I Could not get waited on. The drive thru was backed out to the road and the inside was full of people that were forced to use the self checkout and waiting on food. I had cash but the person behind the counter said due to things that happened last night they couldn’t take my order?? What a mess! Left there and Burger King down the street took my money without hesitation! Very disappointing to say the least. The lobby was very messy and it was barely 12:00 noon. Don’t waste your time stopping there for lunch!

3/18/2024, 4pm: I have been eating at Blackstock Rd. Wendy's for 6 years. I eat there several times a week; and sometimes every day. There is a new manager - she's short, heavyset and African American. The past few times I have visited, she has been aggressive with me. Today I walked out without completeing my order, and I went to eat at McDonald'sI am a quiet and polite person, so I am confused as to why she's so aggressive with me? Typically, the managers and employees at this location are excellent, however, I don't feel comfortable eating at this Wendy's anymore, and it's because of her.

Very friendly and they always take good care of my family whenever we order. We have a large family so it is always a big order. It is always all there, also it is always hot and fresh fries. If it is a Friday night or late night it is our go to spot.
This wendy's on the west side of spartanburg had quite a pleasant atmosphere about it....i had a large order they did a wonderful job filling it...

Don't ever order online, it's way more trouble than it's worth. I placed a mobile order for 2 meals and drinks. It said it would be ready in about 30 minutes, and around that time, I got both an email and text saying my order was ready for pickup. I came by the drive thru line. The lady at the window said they never received an online order. I gave her my order number, and proceeded to show her my phone where it shows the confirmation for pickup at this location and receipt showing I paid. She gave me major disrespect, saying that it meant nothing since they didn't receive the order. She RELUCTANTLY agreed to make the order, but that "the money will be refunded to your card anyway, so you're basically getting free food today". I said, "That's not what I want at all. I just want the order I paid for." Like??? Btw, it was never refunded. The food was sloppy bc it was rushed and bc they thought I was trying to pull one over on them. I'm not that type of person. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

Older black lady running the drive-through this morning have the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered. I was ordering at the menu and I told her what I wanted and there was a long pause. I thought maybe she was assisting someone else she said “waiting on your drink and dipping sauce.” I’m sitting here thinking how am I supposed to know that you’re ready for me to continue my order if you don’t let me know.And then, when I got to the window, she handed me a straw that was drenched in some kind of liquid so I politely asked would you mind passing me another straw I wasn’t expecting her to take the other straw back, but she proceeded to look at me, dumbfounded, and say “ Where are you going to hand it here or not?” I just stared at her. I have never experienced anyone treating me like this ever. And I worked in customer service.

Not a very clean place. Bathrooms were trouble.Drink area was nasty drinks spilt everywhere. Floors was slick and nasty. Tables were not clean.Service was very slow took for ever to order.Will not be going back.
