Just literally left the drive thru and that was absolutely ridiculous. Yes it’s fast food. But you can be polite and have decent customer service and maybe not forget half your customers order and then be rude about it and wave them out the drive thru. After leaving me hanging at the speaker window!

CHRIS THE MANAGER OF THIS BRANCH DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE ON MY HUSBAND'S COMPLAINT ABOUT THE WRONG ORDER. HE KNEW THAT THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T LIKE THE FOOD HE RECEIVED BECAUSE THAT WASN'T HIS ORDER AND AS A MANAGER, HE DIDN'T EVEN RESOLVE THE ISSUE ON THE CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINT!

Chris, the manager at wendys refused to fix my order. My order was simple. I ordered three junior cheeseburger deluxe sandwiches with no ketchup. The person at the window repeated my order and they still got it

They do a good job. My only complaint would have to be that, eventhough their drive thru doesn't close until 11pm or midnight, they through out their tea or if they run out early they don't fix more. That's all my son likes to drink. But other than that they're a good place to go, even late. I wish they'd go bk to staying open until 2 or 3 AM, again. I can't go by any earlier bc my son doesn't get off until a little before they close.
