I’ve given this place 3 times to prove me wrong and tonight I’ve had it. Never again. There are gnats at the bar. Bar tenders must be over worked and under staffed because a particular one walked by for 15 minutes and didn’t stop to ask what my part of 4 wanted. It wasn’t til she over heard me say “she doesn’t want to be here” to my friend when he asked me “why does she have a attitude!?”Each time I’ve come I’ve waited almost an hour for food, wings came out half cooked cold and pink inside. I ordered a French toast French fry plater with multiple types of potatoes, they came out here and Cold as if the cook made them before the wings. Had to send them back. To top it all off the manager offers 10$ coupon for next time!! On a 65$ bill of garbage. I’m calling corporate, I better not get sick, and I’m giving these stupid coupons to someone in need because I’ll never step foot or recommend this place again.

Usually love Wild Wing Cafes, but this place was dead empty on Championship Saturday and for good reason. Immediately got blasted by a sewer water smell at the entrance. Several menu items not even available. Waited 20 minutes to get TVs changed and 30 minutes for a beer, even though there were more workers than patrons present. Hoping this place improves before it’s out of business.

OMGoodness where do I start? First off my hubby , myself & 2 of our best friends from Charlotte came in Thursday @ 6:20 . We were not greeted upon entering and basically sat ourselves and maybe 3 other tables of 2-3 people along with 2 at bar in the whole restaurant. After 10 mins. We were given a menu and we ordered 4 beers on tap. While we waited for our drinks we watched 3 people come in and stand at the hostess stand for a few minutes then walked out because nobody was seating them . We order 30 wings xtra wet ...red dragon, hot, terriaki, & honey mustard, spinach dip , 2 pretzels , 2 baskets house chips 1 regular cook & 1 floppy , Blue cheese & ranch no carrots all celery . Wait was about 30 mins. Which was fine but our food came out 1 by 1 and we all were sharing everything so we asked if they could bring everything out together, was told this was the way the kitchen does it ‍. Anyway we get another 4 beers ,start eating and the wings are not xtra wet and quite dry looking and some almost all black , the chips are both crispy like chips and not as I ordered them , pretzels & spinach dip were delicious no blue cheese & only 2 ranch 6 small pieces of celery for 4 people with 30 wings we asked for more celery / blue cheese and got 2 pieces of celery & 1 more ranch ( guess they didn't have blue cheese or our server didn't care) we were very disappointed with our wings (30) and house chips didn't get Togo boxes because we were going to the movies afterwards. We have been loyal for a long time (6) years and have had many delicious wings and house chips cooked perfectly but this was not acceptable and our server couldn't have cared less. Need to improve because to many other local restaurants serve great quality/tasting food to pay almost $110 for what we were served.

The food was decent but there was only one server for the entire place who was really trying his best. Saw 2 people just walk out. The "bartender" if you could even really call her that just kept disappearing. We later saw her just standing out back on her phone. We love Wild Wings but probably won't come back to this one.

if you want to wait for hours on horrible service and below average food then this is the place for you. Went for bottomless mimosas and was given a hot glass of chamagne they then ran out of champagne. Took at least 2 hours to get our food which was raw when we got it. Disgusting place that should be put out of business immediately.

I've been coming here since 2004 and every time it just gets worse which is sad because it used to be the heartbeat of downtown. Last time in the blue cheese dressing had the consistency of skim milk and was so bad I couldn't eat it. Today I went in to sit at the bar. The server looked at me, did not acknowledge or say hello , walked away only to come back 3 minutes later. I ordered a bud light and some wings. She poured the bud light. I tried a sip only to find it flap and a bit soapy - not drinkable. So I was going to try something else, but after waiting 10 minutes with no server in sight to ask , I left in disgust. I love wild wing cafe , but this one is not like the others. I'm not sure why it is so poorly run , but after several consistently bad experiences , I've decided never to come back. Just a heads up to everyone

If you want to have good drinks, good food, and good service GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! we waited an hour in an empty restaurant and never got our orders. I did get 1 watered down drink that I was charged more than the menu price for. After an hour or appetizer was brought out and it had no sauce at all and was burnt but cold.....make it make sense please. Just don't waste your time. Worst service ever!!

We used to go every few weeks. Last night was a train wreck!! Tea...we don't have any. Kids hotdog...we don't have any.We have chicken nuggets. Our server brings everything except our 2 year old's nuggets. We have to reorder. Our wings had barely any sauce. Our kid's nuggets turned out to be wings without any sauce. Our server waits, "oh we didn't have any nuggets." My salad is brought without the ordered 1000 Island dressing. "Oh we don't have any." My husband's beer (& many others that pass our table) are almost clear. I understand that our server is most likely not responsible for the ordering, but she is responsible for letting her customers know what they are getting. Terrible food & terrible service! Save your money & go somewhere else.

Ordered 4 days ago to have catered for an office lunch meeting for 25 people. Due to be delivered today at 11:30. They called at 11:13 and cancelled leaving us scrambling to get something at the last minute from someone else. Very unprofessional. Very unreliable. Obviously we will not deal with them again.

First, I want to preface that I have worked in the food industry for YEARS before my current career. I have never had such a bad dining experience ever in my whole life. To start, we waited at the front for ~5 minutes to speak to someone about being seated. When someone arrived, they looked at us and said, “I’m following you. Sit wherever.” So we sat down. Nobody came to take our drink orders or speak to us for ~20 minutes. Finally, our drink orders were taken (both water). I ordered the pretzel appetizer. The entire reason we came to this place was because they had beer cheese with pretzels. The server left and we were left alone for another ~20 minutes until he came back and took our food orders. I ordered the honey BBQ chicken strips and my partner ordered the chicken sandwich. We waited for our entrees for ~55 minutes. The waiter came back and told us 30 minutes into that wait that our ticket was #4 in line. Hardly anyone was there besides people at the bar. We finally got our food, and my chicken was dry and over cooked and gross. I specifically asked for my fries to be on the crispy side, and some of them were so undercooked they were cold. It was disgusting. After having our food for ~15 minutes I asked about the pretzel appetizer. The waiter said it would be 15 more minutes because they had to remake it. When it finally came, there was no cheese, no sauce, anything. Just an EXTREMELY overcooked, burnt on the bottom pretzel. I asked for the beer cheese. He said they only had queso. I was very upset at this point but I didn’t want to argue because, as I forgot to mention: there was a LOUD party upstairs and it was only around 7:45pm. Like so loud it shook the ceiling. People looked annoyed, so to cover it up they decided that their best course of action was to blare even LOUDER music right behind our table. I couldn’t hear a word my partner said. I couldn’t hear anything the waiter said. Neither of us got a single refill the entire night. It was so bad. To top it off, the total of our meal was $65 for the two of us with tip, because I would never consider not tipping someone. That’s outrageous. This was a horrible experience for my first time at a Wild Wing Cafe and I will NOT be back unless something drastic changes. I was almost in tears by the end of the evening because everything just kept getting worse.

Our previous experiences at this restaurant haven't been great, but today was amazing. Great customer service (very professional and personable) and delicious food! New management is really stepping up to the plate and bringing this restaurant back to life. We will definitely be back!

This was my first experience here and it was disgusting. I came here with my family for a birthday and it took almost 2 hours to get our food. Once we got our food most of it was cold and a lot of it burnt. I don't recommended coming here.

The food was great but it took forever for us to get drinks ordered and food ordered. I would say about 30 minutes after we sat down before someone took our order. We were considering leaving. But once the guy came and took our order and we got the wings they were delicious. The slow service took away from this place. Especially when you seen so many waitresses doing nothing. The wings were excellent tho and our waiter didn't charge us for the wings because it took around 1 hour for us to get our food even tho this place wasn't very busy. I would eat here again and hopefully the service or wait was much better. Its inexcusable to wait 30 minutes for someone to take your order after sitting down especially when they weren't busy.

Excellent food and service! I had the Wild Chef Salad and wings. Both were delicious. Everyone in restaurant was very friendly. I was greeted by a gentleman named Joseph whom I could tell loved his job! This was a wonderful experience and I loved that they have historical pieces inside. I was able to view 2nd floor which is huge with a stage and bar (so 2 bars in restaurant). They also have pool tables, games, and a stage for band. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I can imagine they get very busy on weekend because in a great location. Plus, seems like a great place to hang out, eat and watch sports.I highly recommend dining here or dropping by to have a drink and hang out!

Very sad dining experience. I took my son to eat wings tonight. They were out of diet coke and regular coke to start with. My son ordered wings which turned out pretty good. I ordered chicken tenders and they came to the table burnt. They were not edible. The waitress offered to get me something else but it was not worth it. The manager did not even come talk with us about our meal. I will not go back to this particular Wild Wings.
