I'm going to give a lot of grace in this post only because I saw 3 employees total working. 2 cashiers and 1 cook. However, it took 36 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. How! Arbys is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but I won't wait this long again. Dozens of cars hopped out of line and went elsewhere. For the employees that were working, Thank you.
