My wife and I went here for lunch May 1st, 2021. It was a terrible experience overall. As for the positives, there was just one...we were cheerily greeted almost immediately and seated right away. The place was fairly empty, maybe 6 or 7 tables with people. Our waitress appeared to be the only person attending to people seated, clearly wasn't focused on us at all and never came to check on us during our meal. We ordered pretzel bites and each of us had an order of wings. The first order of pretzel bites came out burnt so we sent them back. The replacement order appeared fine but were cold (icy maybe) in the center. A young girl brought us our wings and asked us if there was anything else she could bring. We said yes...celery/carrots, utensils, napkins and two plates. Except for the veggies to go with the wings, the other stuff should be brought by the hostess or waitress. We shouldn't have to ask for this stuff. We settled in to eat the wings. My wife's Asian Zing wings looked fine. My Spicy Garlic wings appeared to be regular Buffalo Sauce and were no where in the neighborhood of spicy. I honestly don't know what Spicy Garlic looks and tastes like at BWW, but I do know what regular Buffalo wing sauce is and that was it. We did notice a gaggle of 7+ young employees hanging at the front of the restaurant huddled together talking and laughing when we came in and the whole time we were seated at the far end of the restaurant. I can't help but think if they maybe engaged with the customers a bit more, the service would have been better. Except for when our food was brought out, and corrections were being made...we saw our actual waitress when we ordered and when we paid the check...no refills, checking to see how things were, nothing. This is a place to avoid.

if i could give this place 0 stars i definitely would. About 15 minutes ago me and my boyfriend walked i. the people up front just stared at the line out the door and when people asked for them to go get someone so all of us could be seated they said someone would be out soon but apparently come to find out the same girl walks back out and says confusingly the dining room is closed. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t inform staff or put a sign on the door if the dining room was actually closed at 6:30 on a Monday night

I came in for a beer and to place a takeout order. It was uncomfortably hot in there. Looking at the previous reviews, it looks like the air conditioning has not been working correctly for a long time. My bartender was very friendly and gave great service. The food items that were made correctly were very good, but the Mild boneless wings I ordered for my young daughter were tossed in the Hot buffalo sauce instead. They had the Mild sticker on the box too. Thank God I tried them before she did. I might place a takeout order again, but there's no way I'd hangout in there with the summer months approaching. They have to fix the AC.

I will NOT be going back to this one! My salad was supposed to be a grilled chicken ceasar & I had just one strip of chicken! Had to go back because they forgot the salsa & then they didn't have any plastic ware for the salads! They need to refund my entire order! ?

We have ordered for pickup at this location several times and have had terrible service each time. Our order has consistently been missing items or we’ve been given incorrect items, and the employees have been rude more often than not. Tonight, we ordered for pick up and had to wait inside for nearly ten minutes in the practically empty restaurant for an employee to finally give us our food which had been sitting in the warmer. We got home to see that half of our order was missing. We will NOT be going back again.

Awful service, no pandemic precautions, not a single person wearing a mask or gloves. I ordered a simple grilled chicken club sandwich minus the bacon. It took almost 20 minutes of standing there with no one acknowledging me before they brought my food and it had nothing on it- chicken, cheese, and bun only. I took it back in and the girl with no mask or gloves opened it- the box and the sandwich- with her bare, dirty hands then took it in the back and threw some lettuce and tomato on it. I asked for a refund and they can't even figure out how to do that. After about half an hour of waiting, she took my info and said "It's gonna be a few days." Honestly, 1 star is too many; I wish I could give it zero stars.
Drove 30 min to get here only to find out dine in was closed. So ordered take out after 15 wait they seated other people. Badly run.

WHY IS IT ALWAYS SO F-ING HOT IN THERE. GOOD LORD. we've been three times thinking the ac was just broken but it's always like 90 degrees and we end up leaving.

I think it was a really bad day. Placed my pickup order online. When I arrived, employees weren't friendly, the unwelcome looks on their faces...... There's more...... They were wearing masks. Wasn't busy, it's 1pm. The food- we had bone in wings that tasted like they were cooked yesterday, they were dry from sitting in the hot box. They had no taste. My buffalo style chicken sandwich was standard at best. Not a great experience at all, very disappointed.

Usually pretty pleased here but the AC was broken AGAIN and was actually cooler outside. Kaitlyn was awesome as usual. Didn't eat because it was too hot
