I waited 40 min in the drive through for me to just give up near the window because the line did't move for 10 more min so that makes almost an hour waiting there. I even went inside twice and people were waiting. I love Burger Kind the food but so disappointed in the service here down south..I use to live in NY and we had a Burger King in my town best one ever

Honestly everyone has their own opinions. Its a burger king yall. you get what you get. its just some young teens trying to pass time. I think its as good and clean it can be for a burger king. and staff are super nice (:

Sat in line for almost 45 minutes, waiting to place my order. 10-15 cars behind me waiting as well.Pull around to the window, and get told they "don't have any burger patties"I know you guys aren't rocket scientists, but I'm going to make a suggestion.When you have 20 cars sitting outside your BURGER king, it probably wouldn't hurt to stick your head outside and let them know ahead of time that you don't have any BURGERS.Would save them close to an hour of waiting around for nothing.That, or you're just straight up lying so you don't have to prepare fresh food 20 minutes before closing.Clowns11:45 pm 04/02/2024

Lady was extremely rude in the drive through. Forgot half of our food. When we came back, she had attitude amd didn't look at my husband when she shoved him the bag. Will never go back.

I've been there probably three or four times and it takes at least 40 minutes to get your food does it matter if you go in the drive-thru or go in I'm not sure if they're slow short staffed what the problem is but they are slow

Impossible to do any food service here. Everything from the outside in is awful. The door is broken, the customer service is pathetic and the speed of operation is atrocious. I do DoorDash and waited 20+ minutes past my pickup times for both orders to not be started.

It took 15 minutes for any of the 4 people working to finally take our order. Then, somehow, several people behind us got their orders first and were sitting and already eating while I was still waiting on my food. 2 plain cheeseburger, French fries, and 8ct. Chicken fries. Small & simple order. It took 40 minutes for them to finally hand it over.

3 people working. 1 on drive thru, 1 cook, 1 working front and cooking. 4 customers came in, no service and left. 20 minute wait for 2 burgers and fries after order. Last trip here.

Came at 7:20am. Sat at the drive through for about 5 mins. No one took my order. Cars lining up behind me. Decide to leave. As I'm leaving the drive through, I look through one of the drive-through windows to see someone standing back there just watching all the cars drive by. No sign saying they are closed. No sign saying short staffed. No nothing. I try time and time again to come to this place. Hoping one day they will get their stuff together. NOPE.

The food was good I just wish we got it all. They missed my 2 orders of French toast but put the syrup packs in the bag. I get it's my bad for not checking before pulling away, but this is getting nuts. I tried to fill out the survey on the back to at least get something for if we go back and neither my recipient nor my actual order ticket have the survey code. I know $5.82 isn't a lot, but we rarely can afford the splurge and I was looking forward to a break from cooking just to get jipped when I got home and realized it.The lady at the window was a sweetheart at least.
