We had McDonalds the previous day for 22 dollars, this was 26 but 4 X better, the McDo should have been $7 and the Chik Fil A $28. The Iced Mocha was heaven, and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was sublime

I service this particular Chick-fil-A frequently because of where I am located for work.I have never had problems in the past placing large orders, that are not in the catering menu. We frequent, with my business, many assisted living facilities and the residents want the meals. Therefore the order is usually larger. I needed an order for 15 meals ready at 10:30 the next morning and went in to pre place the order, and pre pay, but was turned away and told I needed to come in at 10:30am the day of or place it on the app at 10:30am the same day!That totally defeats the purpose of it being ready at 10:30am. The reasoning I was given was because it’s teacher appreciation week! That should have nothing to do with another person or company wanting to place large orders!Thankfully, a BIG shout out to the Cane Bay Chick-fil-A for accommodating our needs!

My 15 year old son applied for a job and was called for an interview. After his first interview he received a second text a few days later for his second interview. He left from the interview under the impression he had the job. Today he received a text stating he didn’t have the job! He turned down two other positions for possible jobs because he left the second interview under the impression he was hired! This was very unfortunate and I don’t like to see my child disappointed. Rejection is one thing but he thought he had the job! This location has received so much of our business at least twice a week ..I will drive to the Canebay location going forward.Whoever is involved with the interview process at this location needs to learn how to have open communication with young students because that interview was misleading.
Foods great but I came here for a chicken sandwhich and ended up getting murdered. Ended up getting the lords chicken directly, straight from the source. Turns out 9mm doesn't taste great with Polynesian sauce.

We had a great experience at this location! My husband and I agreed we were offered the best customer service from any restaurant we have ever been. The friendly, helpful customer service was consistent across the board with all staff members. The dining area, ordering station, and restrooms were clean and maintained. The food was great and our kids walked away with full bellies, books, and stickers. Just a really great, memorable experience. Thank you!
