Arrived at 7:20 on Saturday night and the entire Staff was more focused on cleaning than on customers that were ordering and already eating. Witnessed them dumping the unsweetened tea into the sweet tea 30 minutes before closing. I was drinking unsweetened tea. They had no mini-cookies. By far the worst Chicken Salad Chick I have ever been at. If this was my first time, it would be my last time at a Chicken Salad Chick. When I said this was the worst Chicken Salad Chick I have ever been, the reply was, “You should go to North Charleston, they are way worse.” And yet, they still ask for a tip on checkout. Meal wasn’t originally planned to be takeout but given the extremely unwelcoming atmosphere, we could not stay there and enjoy our meal.

Honestly, 2nd time eating at this location and both times, tables aren’t wiped, vacuuming is happening while there are patrons in the restaurant eating…like 10+ people, and they dumped all teas. This is all 20 minutes prior to closing. It’s rude and disrespectful to the customers enjoying dinner. I get they may want to head out and not work much past 8, but this should never be allowed. Unfortunately, won’t be back anytime soon. Be better.
Trevin deserves a raise! Super sweet, helpful, amazing costumer service. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air, it’s hard to find good service these days.

I really enjoy the "fancy nancy" as a BLT on toasted white bread. The grape salad is one of my favorite sides. The perfect go-to when you don't want anything greasy. It's filling, healthy, and just simply delicious!

I just want to say I looked all over the receipt for the name of the server but did not find it, but whoever you are, YOU did and AMAZING job!!! The presentation of my food and the taste was top tier I did not want to touch it but I did it was soo good!! I'm hooked I place an order every other week for the same meal and it never falls short on satisfaction. I just had the need to point it out today. Keep doing what you are doing!! Great service and tasty food. 100 recommended.

This is the 2nd time we ordered “to go”” and not only are we missing a soup, but they charged an extra $5.20 for a scoop of chicken salad that we didn’t get! This is all on top of waiting 30 minutes for 2 meals when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We are home and I’m not driving all the way back (fighting the terrible traffic on North Main) to deal with this. This is terrible customer service and we will not be returning to this franchise.
