Today went to this chipotle and was disgusted. The store was a complete wreck with food and trash everywhere. There were no utensils and napkins and the soda station. We had to ask an employee for utensils and when the employee handed us the utensils there was sour cream smeared on them.

Employees need training in food safety, it seems to me that the people that work at this fast food places don’t really care about what they are doing. They don’t smile they just don’t look like they want to be there. The floor of every chipotle I’ve been to is filthy, the work area are filthy and let’s not talk about the bathroom. Oh one more thing, I really hate it when they touch food and touch money or credit card and not change gloves. I also hate it when they scratch their heads or body over clothes and not change gloves, Yukk Yukk Yukk. Every time I eat there I get a rumbling tummy. The girls that work here with long never ending nails, they should be handling food at all, no hair net. We will never go back to any chipotle if I can give a quarter stars, that’s all o would give this place. The health department should visit these fast food chains asap.

Every time I come to this location there is something wrong. One minute they're only taking cash and the next they're out of food. I don't know who does the food orders here, but they're doing a terrible job at it. I have been here several times and they've been out of cheese, burritos, steak, chicken, veggies etc. I have never seen a full line of food here. Save yourself the time and gas and don't come here because they won't have everything you want.

I love Chipotle and have been going to them since I was a teen.I was thoroughly disappointed after my last visit.This location seems to have a problem stocking their beloved peppers and onions. It was unavailable during peak dinner hours.Thinking this was a fluke... I have returned on 3 separate occasions and the peppers and onions are still not available.Lunch, dinner, mid day, take your pick... You certainly aren't going to be offered a full menu when visiting this Chipotle location.Fine, fine I'll make do without my peppers and onions. I opted for a nice salad but wouldn't you guess?! There is no dressing available.The staff was friendly enough.The line was disgusting. I had a difficult time peering through the glass in an attempt to watch my dinner be made.No explanation was given for the missing items.Can management respond to this message and speak up to when the full menu will be available?

Shut it down. Everything needs to be renewed. They never have vinigerette which is like the icing on the cake for the meal. They are always out of product. I’ve been told several times there was no vinigerette & then someone mysteriously came out of the back with some after they realized I was about to leave my food there.
Every time I order mobile pick up my order is either completely wrong or missing items. And chipotle will only refund you via rewards credits. Don’t bother wasting your money!

Ordered on app.. quesadilla had unmelted cheese balled up in one corner, hardly any throughout. Bowl supposed to have double corn, had a few kernels. Same thing with fajita veggies. (Almost always told they don't have fajita veggies and chips regardless of time of day) Hardly any medium or hot salsa as asked for. Ordered chips and Quac, bag was on pickup rack with no mention of being "out of chips", went back in restaurant when I realized and was told to call 1-800-chipotle for refund...

We went in right at 10:45am. They were not ready for customers. Chips were stale probably from the night before, soda machine ice maker had running water all over us, out of forks, no green peppers or onions were ready, waited for them just got half cooked peppers, bathroom was disgusting! Floors were dirty, sink nasty, and no paper towels. Kinda wanted to barf after eating that food wondering if it was something we should have consumed. I’ve never been in a Chipotle that bad. ?
