I ordered a cookied dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and paid the extra cost to barley any cookie dough in my blizzard. I maybe got to eat 15% of the it before it was just vanilla ice cream. Its not like they were busy so theres no excuse. I would like a refund, but probably wont get it.

I ordered my food online and went to pick it up at the drive thru. The voice at the drive thru told me to drive up and pick up my order, but as we were we heard someone calling out my name. It was the shift manager with my food whom didn’t want me to wait in line so he brought it to my vehicle. He was very pleasant and polite and made sure my order was in tact. Love it!!

The service sucks when the cashier presented my shakes he just called them out like here’s your “turtle shake, and yeah something else” literally even when he took my order he didn’t greet me nor seem to be interested and the “something else” shake is watery but I wanted to treat my partner that’s been craving a good milkshake but I’ll stick to ye ole fashioned from here on out

Always love ❤️ DQ, but be advised: This Dairy Queen is not a "Chill N Grill" so they do NOT have the food items you see on the commercial! They do sell hot dogs and a few items, but not the full menu. To get all that tasty, you'll have to go to Goose Creek! But the ice cream and ice cream cake are well worth the visit!

Someone answered the phone when I called to verify they were open. No drive-thru is super annoying with kids. I have never seen a DQ without a drive-thru before and was not expecting it.

Trolly Rd location has dogs, chips & ice cream only no hamburgers or fries. Chili dogs were good. Vanilla soft serve was yummy. Service was fast!

Plenty of time to check emails before ordering. Hamburger was not fully cooked. Ice cream was very very soft. Had to go back to get what was paid for but not put in the bag.Otherwise it was OK.
