11/09/23: Back to sucking. Ordered online at 5:00 PM. Still no delevery as of 6:35. Canceled order. The Online Tracker stopped updating at 5:19 .5/16/19: Update: After the last three experiences being awful, I am glad to see this Domino's is back on track.I tried them again and waited an hour for a cold pizza at 4 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Third strike.
Understaffed. Good quality when they aren't busy. The workers do their best but between mobile orders, pickups, and deliveries they simply can't fill orders in a reasonable time. Sometimes you order and it's a 20 minute wait, sometimes you order and it's 2 hours and you don't get the estimate until you place an order. I recommend calling and asking what the wait time is before placing an order
