Doughnuts dry...extremely DRY...TASTELESS...HEAVY...VERY LITTLE ICING and even that was dry! CHUCKED THE WHOLE DOZEN INTO THE TRASH. $15 WASTED!

Horrible costumer service! This is the only location that I have been to that doesn’t know how to make a frozen mocha coffee they kept insisting it was a signature drink and I kept telling them it’s not I also asked for no whip cream and when I pulled up to the window they gave me the wrong drink with whipped cream, the heavier set girl dumped the drink and made another drink that wasn’t the frozen mocha and she said “this is what it is” so I told her it wasn’t not, I told and she said it’s only going to be blended. Then apparently she stopped making it and this other girl “finished” it and she gave me the drink and I told her this isn’t the drink and she smirked at me and said yeah I know. Please hire new workers or educate them on how to make drinks properly. Also look at my drink, very unacceptable. I didn’t even drink it wasnt even filled all the way. Gross and disgusting!

For the price I pay, my coffee should taste the same every time I order. Train your workers how to mix drinks and pump syrup ( when they remember to order it). I hear “sorry we are out of syrup” all the time from this location. A manager overheard my complaint about this once and sent me to cane bay location for a free coffee for all the trouble.

So the whole point of is the people were nice. Atmosphere was friendly. They didn't have many donuts which was really bad because we went early about 10:00 and the other thing is we go because we like the jelly build or Greenfield donuts. Well there wasn't much of that in the donuts so therefore it was like a waste of money for us so we probably won't be going there again. We like the feelings

This location has went unbelievably downhill in the span of a year. If you close at 8, you close at 8. Not 7:30, not 7:40, not 7:10. I place an order at 7:10, show up and they completely ignore us for 10 minutes to then tell us that they already cleaned up for the night. If that’s the case, turn off your mobile ordering.
