A nice breath of fresh air from your generic fast food joints. Their smash burgers are a bit too smashed and too crispy (lacking that true smashburger juiciness) but still better than most other burgers for the price. All of their desserts are delicious! Hard to find good custard with this kind of convenience!

Today's visit at 12:15pm. was good till I had to interact with the lady in the drive-thru. She handed me my bag of food as I looked inside. I could only see 1 fry sauce and no others as I was digging. I asked if I could get more, and she rudely replied with a smirk and eye roll. Only 4 sauces were allowed per customer, then closed the window. As I sat there waiting for my drinks, I did find 3 more sauce packs under a bunch of frys and napkins. She saw me still parked at the window and opened it and just gave me a look like I was bothering her. I replied nicely that I found the other sauce packs, but I still need my drinks. This lady doesn't have any customer service skills and should probably should not be at the window. Other than the one ladys poor customer service skills, the food was great.

Last time I went to a Freddy was back home in Missouri over 3 years ago. And loved it…Flash forward to this week. I learned there was in my area and was excited to get there and have something remind me of times with family back home. We got there 15 min after open.First impression smelt bad when we walked in.Getting drinks. Trash looked full.Then comes the food. Ordered a double bacon with only cheese and ketchup but no bacon. The look of cheese curds was disappointing.Then we get to the taste.Had an off taste as you took a bit. Like breathing it the as you ate left a bad taste. Couldn’t finish the burger..Only good thing was the fries.Then we go throw away trash and could barely get the trash in and was over flowing..15 min after opening.It was like none of the closing procedures were done..Over all badWill be our first and last time there..

Asked for a shake with combo. 5min received food. Which you get from one counter. Drinks are received from where you place order. Asked girl where my shake was. She said it was coming. 10 mins to receive my entire order. Mind you I've been watching her not make my shake while the cooks in the back made my food. I told her it doesn't take that long to make a small vanilla shake. She was too worried about the drive through orders. Food was great. Incompetent employees were bad.

My kids and I love this place. We go there frequently. Place is clean, staff is friendly, food comes out fast. We love the thin and smashed steak burgers! If you like thick and juicy burgers this isn't the place for you. We love the cheese fries and frozen custard. Will continue to go.
I was disappointed in the steak burger, dried out and way over cooked. The young lady working the drive through was really nice and offered a pupcup for my dog.I'd give it another try just because the staff was so nice.

Best fries in the world, maybe the universe. I'm not a red meat eater, but the taste of this burger may change my mind. I'm also impressed with the cleanliness...I was a white glove inspector for a high end resort and Freddy's matches that level of detail. Thank you for the best fast food experience.

Our whole group had hotdogs and fries. Hated the bread for the hotdogs, need regular hotdog buns. The hotdogs had a good taste what you can chew. Kinda tuff.
