4/12/24, pick-up order. If you like salty food, then this place is definitely for you. I ordered the 2x2x2 for my son and the impossible plant based sausage power combo for me. I asked for no added salt on the meals. I also asked for sautéed spinach, double the spinach, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms in place of the eggs with my meal & a side of hash browns. When my ordered was brought out, the sautéed spinach and hash browns were missing, so I had to wait a little longer. A little annoying, but it wasn’t enough to ruin my day. Finally got my meals and headed home. Took one bite of my food, and all I tasted was salt. It seemed as if they got mad that I asked for no salt, and decided to give me double salt instead of double spinach. I ordered this same item twice before, and it was perfect. However the last few times it has been terrible. Not sure if they have a new cook from the first two times I placed this order, but the new cook’s specialty is salt.

Usually when we go here you have to wait like 15-20 for a refill, but last time we went there were 2 waitresses and they were super amazing, I hope amazing don't get me wrong but they need better training on MOST employees. Love ya google (thxs for over 25k views btw??)Parking: Like normal restaurants they are usually located by the restaurant, (well at least where I live LOLZ?) accessible parking but normal parking spots are pretty damn close to, plenty of parking spots but mostly people aren't here we we USUALLY come.Kid-friendliness: I think kids eat for free on Fridays or their birthday and they allow birthday party's, this place has always mostly been a family place so theirs high chairs and not much adult stuff really, I am gonna say if waffle House didn't exist this would be the next best thing of a breakfast restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: My mom has cancer and her legs are weak and she can't stand up for 2 minutes so she has to use a transport chair to go to most places but thankfully most restaurants and things we go to almost always has a wheelchair ramp or accessible parking.

Place used to be a disaster! They have made a complete change. Clean, friendly and caring. If you want the best server ask for Ebony! She rocks!!! Great teamwork by the staff and the Gentlemen that area the buspersonnel are amazing! Great work to the news management!

Ordered, waitress repeats our order and was correct. Out of 6 meals only 2 were correct and they were 2 kid's meals. After most food was handed out, and after about 15 minutes. They informed that they did not have the proper ingredients to make my order and asked what I wanted instead. I asked for strawberry instead and received mixed berry. So not only did they fail to inform us that they couldn't make my original order they also got the follow up order wrong. The only thing that went fine was the waitress had amazing customer service. That's it!?

Almost an hour for a to go order. Kept asking my name. Heard them cussing at each other in the back. Not even short staffed. Lady came out and had to retake order for three people. Poor leadership. Avoid this place at all cost.

Great that they are back to 24hrs on the weekends.Server was extremely friendly. Service was really slow given how few of people they had dinning. I count 3 other tables. Took nearly 30 minutes to get food.Food was "okay" waffle was cold, butter wouldn't melt. Everything else was good.

Ok I’m sick ? to my Stomach!!!! First of all my food was served on a Dirty Plate!!!!! Spoke with the manager and she apologized and had kitchen staff make my order over but only the plate came back clean. Same sandwich they just put the chicken back on the grill and made it harder!!!!!! They RINSED THE TOMATOES OFF PUT BACK ON THE SAME LETTUCE TOMATOES WAS DRIPPING WATER BREAD NOW WET!!!!Just Crazy I’ll Stick to IHOP in Mt.Pleasant!! You guys are just Nasty and Dirty!! Waitress was Great!!!! Very Disappointed!!!!???

Ordered food online. Food was to be delivered by 6:53 pm. Did not receive until 7:45pm. Only received half my order. Did not receive my salad or macaroni & cheese. Suppose to get 18 pcs of chicken. Only received 15. Made several attempts to contact them and no-one answered the phone.

I eat breakfast at ihop often and the food n the service has been very good. If I had too rate I would give a 5 star.
The food was horrible and made me gag. I'm pretty sure that our waitress quit after she took our order and it took over an hour for our food to be delivered. We were the only people there... For obvious reasons! Not to mention the overall cleanliness which was horrible!
Do not use their delivery service.
