My wife and I ordered 4 subs. Spent $59, 2 of the cold sandwiches were totally wrong. Called up to the store to speak with the Manager. Told I was speaking with the shift manager. I was telling him that the order fit the 2 cold subs were totally wrong. It was 7:05 at this time. He said I would have to wait until tomorrow to get this straightened out with the General Manager and we could not go back up there to get the order corrected. My wife then started talking to him and he refused to help us. Told us we would not tell him what he was going to do. All we wanted was for our food to be corrected. We ended up just hanging up on him. this is a food establishment and when you mess up someone's order, you should have to correct it. I even said I would bring up the wrong sandwich if they would make us another and he said he could not do that. My wife had to take the bacon off of one of the cold subs and put it in hers. Both were suppose to have bacon. Only one was suppose to have oil & vinergar, Both of them had vinegar so my daughter would not eat hers. Also had to add mustard to one of them. I am very upset at how we were treated. We never cussed but we were very angry especially when he would not help us.

Sorry local Ma and Pa sandwich places, my money is always going to Jersey Mike’s.One of the absolute best sub chains out there, bar none. I always get their cheesesteaks but have also dabbled with their cold cuts as well. Everything is so fresh, and delicious. The pickles they use are perfectly crunchy and not sweet at all; just a nice dill taste.Beyond that the staff is incredibly friendly, personable, quick, and one of our favorite parts about coming to this location specifically.We love Jersey Mike’s, and will continue to come here as long as we live here. And we’re telling EVERYONE about them.

For someone who has a gluten allergy, as myself, I crave a good sub sandwich. It's difficult to find a place a makes them and is careful with cross contamination. I've been here several times in the past and staff didn't really take me seriously and I ended up getting sick; however, the past two times I went, I had a wonderful experience! Fredrick served me both times and was impeccably careful making my sub so there was minimal cross contamination. Both times, my subs were the best I've ever had from there. So thank you, Fredrick, for taking the time to do this. I know it's probably a pain but on my end, it's SO appreciated!

I wont Order a sub online from them anymore . They don't even read special instructions when you order. All I askd for a #9 mikes way. Oil and vinegar on the side. They didn't even make it mikes way . And nothing on the side ....not my 15$ sub...
