Haven't been in a long time because it used to suck horribly. Went there tonight after about a year and wow..I'm impressed. The lil fellas was on point in there. Took my order fast. Got my food together fast and it was all hot and just the way it should be. Very impressed with this location right now. Please keep it up ..I'll keep coming if it stays like this. The food was awesome

The only way they could have a 3.5 review is because there were decent ones years back. Not anymore. The first time I went, they were out of extra crispy so I got the regular, and the coating was horrible. It made me feel sick. The second time, I ordered the 3 piece extra crispy, and all they had was one extra crispy thigh! With that, I drove off. Never again. It's been a waste of time, only to be totally disappointed. Both times, the place was empty. Now I can see why. After looking at all the reviews after mine, they were all basically poor until you get to older ones. That's it for me!!

stopped by to eat lunch about 2pm. walked in and told “dining room closed”. 3 employees hanging around outside in the parking lot, 3 more visible inside all on the phones. we took our business elsewhere.

I went through the drive thru, which took forever (as usual here) but the amount of food was like half portions. One of the items I got was a smashed bowl and it was legitimately maybe half a scoop of potatoes, four French fries, 3/4ths of a chicken tender broken up, with a good amount of cheese on top and bacon bits. I work in food, so I get portion control but this wasn’t remotely close to being an actual portion or worth the $8.The rest of the order wasn’t too bad aside from the fries also being about half full and the coleslaw being super dry (either it had been sitting out or wasn’t stored right)

Just wanted to add another larger mash potato and gravy when I got to the window and I was told no I can’t do that because cars are behind me…… I’m sorry am I the only one that thinks that makes absolutely no since???? It’s not like I was ordering another family size chicken!! It’s just mash potato’s. Can’t stand going to places that don’t care about their customers.

Ordered on-line to save time to just pickup and come home. Nothing on-line mentioned lobby closes at 3:00. As I'd already paid, had to wait in drive-thru line behind 10 other cars. An efficiency from ordering on line completely negated. 15 min trip turned into over 45. Also ordered sauces where left out.

I deliver for Uber eats and upon arriving I was told to park, the food would only take 3 more minutes. that turned into a 15 minute wait. Once they finally brought me the order, they were missing the drinks. Then I was told they would bring it right out, that turned into another 15 minute wait and they never brought them to me. I ended up leaving because who knows how long I would have waited for in addition to the 30 minutes I already did. Especially when I was told 3 minutes at the window. Horrible customer service.

They didn't answer the phone. Tried for over 10 minutes to ask them not to forget the dipping sauce. Twice there has been no dipping sauce in my order.Terribly
They forgot my mashpotatos in my number 8 meal, this already happen two time!? this is a big problem here maybe managers should bag food , shorted out of food for 12 damn dollars meal ! Do better people!

Food was trash. Service was trash. What ambiance? Door was locked at 8pm but there were children inside so seems like they have a daycare going on. Possible explanation as to why this place is so bad. Too much to ask for a sign on your door? Could have been a project for the kids. Where is management and why are they ok with such poor performance?

The lobby was closed. Have to wait in drive through line which defeats the purpose of submitting online, especially with long lines. If they were even on time my chicken would be cold by the time I got to it. Ordered a 12 piece assorted, extra crispy, family meal but did not receive a single breast and was not even notified if there was a shortage etc. The app does not offer to cancel order due to poor service with immediate refund. In other words, we pay, receive inferior service and have to wait to get our money back. That's B.S. I will not be returning back to this store because it is now the 3rd time I have had issues there. Strike 3. It's Bojangles and Popeyes turn.

ordered an 8 pc for alleged "quick pickup" when i arrived the lobby doors were locked. i knocked on the door and an employee came up and rather than simply hand me my order, proceeded to tap on the glass and point his fingers. what message he intended to convey, im still unsure. i tried to explain that i had prepaid and ordered online. only then was it explained that the lobby is closed and that i would have to wait in the drive thru line behind SEVEN cars to pick up the order which i could clearly see was already ready on the pick up shelf. i waited in line over ten minutes. if i hadn't prepaid i would have said screw it...not a good look colonel
