STAY AWAY!!!! Total confusion among the staff regarding who was doing what . . . . All were running around going to different positions . . . . They ran out of biscuits, got orders wrong . . . Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and tenders . . . . And there were no more than 10 customers!!!?

Order was wrong. I’ve never seen gravy like that before..horrible. Gave us half the chicken we ordered and paid for and half the sides. Do not go to this KFC.

Walked in after taking the bus back to my car tonight and the store had an awful smell of gasoline. Well no surprise of that smell because one of the workers had brought their Motorcycle IN THE STORE! IT SMELLED OF EXHAUST AND FUEL AND I HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE MY ORDER WAS EVEN READY.the cashier told me they wouldn't refund my money because my food would be ready soon and that the smell wasn't all that badUsed the bathroom and that was a mistake! Urine stains on the toilet seat, feces on the seat. Bathroom wasn't stocked w soap or paper towels.I can't believe how gross this place was. No wonder business is super slow. Saw 1 customer besides me in there the entire time.

This place is the worst. Never have anything on the menu. Just went through the drive through and literally had to park and wait for 20 minutes when no one else was there. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!!

No dining… no walk in orders… only drive thru or mobile ordering allowed… maybe Google needs to have that as an option for businesses so people don’t waste their time … this review is asking dine-in, take out, delivery … well none of them because drive thru isn’t even an option!!!!Parking: Lots of parking especially in the drive thru line since that’s the only way to order

Placed a pick up order to be picked up at 7:00pm, when I got there 6 minutes after my pick up time my food wasn’t ready. When I first walked in, 3 people walked passed me & 1 person was standing in front of the chicken warmer looking up at the order screen doing absolutely NOTHING! It took someone that was way in the back to turn the corner walk up to register and ask me have I been helped. So once he told them that a pick up order was here for 7:00pm they still stood around, looked & did nothing. Then 1 of the people that was standing around finally decided to say my food was coming. He then put the bun in the microwave, yes microwave to warm it up. He then walked outside and walked back in to a burnt bun in the microwave. A lady came in after me and got her order in less than 5 minutes, keep in mind I’ve been waiting for now 10 minutes. Finally got my order with 1 of the drinks incorrect it should have been a stary but got a sweet tea. Then had to ask for my sauce. The only person that looked to me that was working was the young lady working the drive thru with the aulburn dreads and glasses. Not only that when I first walked in and had been standing there for 5 mins before being approached a worker said to the other coworker, “you will be my b***h by the end of the year.” They were so loud, obnoxious,& had no respect. These people had no type of common courtesy for their customers, none what so ever customer service, no type of apologizing for the order not being ready, which is the point of placing a online order so that you do not have to wait. It smelled horrible inside, the floors were disgusting & they watched me watch them make all of my food. The fries were cold & the chicken tenders were dry! At this point you all need to find new management and a new crew to work. This is not the first time that this KFC has been slack like this, & if it wasn’t for my children wanting KFC I would not have gone there! Would not recommend to ANYONE! Corporate needs to come down and do some investigating and get a new crew ASAP, because this is ridiculous! Normally the drive through line takes you 20 mins just to get to the ordering screen. From what I counted there was 6 people working and 1 person in the lobby not sure if they was a worker or not, also there was a moped sitting in the lobby. If it wasn’t for the older gentleman coming from around the corner and asking if I have been helped they would have never came to the register and just continued to play instead of doing their job and processing orders properly! Definitely need to reconsider who you all have working for you!

Absolutely horrible service! Service was slow. I waited well over 30 mins for an online order. The whole point of an online order is so it's ready before you get there! Doesn't mean start making it when I get there. Absolutely Ridiculous! Will not be back ever!

They did not give my door dash drive my ketchup plus they left out my Diet Pepsi. She went back and closed the lobby when she went back to get it. So she bought one at gas station for me. I paid her for that and gave her another tip and I ordered plate and silverware too but that was not delivered

They apparently only have the dining room open until 3pm because of COVID? It's September 2023. I wasn't allowed to order inside the store at 7pm. And there was someone's dirty laundry on a table that smelled horrible in the whole dining area anyway. So we went to the drive-thru, as instructed, and the line didn't move for almost 10 min before we decided to go somewhere else. I hope it was just a today issue, but there seemed to be plenty of people working for one register being open. That register being the drive-thru.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BATHROOM! We always ate here, no problems with the food or service, one day instead of going through the drive thru I went inside to urinate. I couldn't believe the smell, dirty floors and urine build up under the toilet seat and on the floor. WE'LL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!If they don't clean the bathroom imagine how nasty and contaminated the food must be.
