I used to treat the family to Little Caesars on Fridays. It was fun to enjoy a pizza and movie night. Even when the line was wrapped around the building, we got out of there in short order because they knew how to move people, and you got good value for your purchase.Somewhere along the line, that all fell apart. The ingredients are of very poor quality, to the point that their pizzas are nearly unpalatable. And they NEVER have anything ready. The selling point of Little Caesars is supposed to be "Hot & Ready." When I tried them yesterday, I was told nothing would be ready for 45 minutes. Sorry, no dice. I can get a real pie from a pizaria in less time and will gladly pay more for a better experience. So, Little Caesars, but I'm done with your brand. It was nice.

Used to come to this little Caesars a lot until I moved to the other side of town. Now anytime I go I have to wait 15 minutes for pizza, last time I went I waited 40 because they “forgot” to ring my buzzer… well at least the pizza was good?

teenagers making food, expect a long wait even if you order ahead. i dont eat pizza but the kiddos liked it after THEY complained and asked the cashier 'how much longer?' (they made me so proud)

Half the time I order, I show up at the time specified and wait for an additional 20+ minutes. And this is for a plain pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Nothing really special. How is it that their automated system can't figure out when they will be ready? This is after waiting 30 minutes from the time the order is placed for the order to supposedly be done.

Ordered several pizzas online early during the day for pickup at 7:15 pm. Arrived at 7:15 pm, and they hadn't even started making them. I realize they are super busy but when ordering so early that order should have been done.

I understand being short staffed but there’s no excuse on having to wait an hour after I placed an order for one pizza. Ridiculous. Limit the amount of order you take in if you are short staffed.
Second time a month apart this location is a joke. Employees allowing friends behind counter, some of which had extremely long hair. Don't expect anything other than hot and now. Everytime you ask for something else it's a 45 minutes wait. Once you get the pizza it's nasty and I would not classify it as pizza. More like soup. But oh well, this is the state of businesses these days with kids who have no concern for the product they put out.

Requested light bake, as shown on receipt. As shown in picture burnt pizza, crust, toppings, very inedible due to burnt taste. Very frustrating to order, pay and wait to receive inedible food and then on to rethink dinner for your family. No care or thought was taken whatsoever from this restaurant or staff :(
