I’ve been coming to this location for many many years and have never been so disrespected as I have been these last few weeks. I generally frequently stop by multiple times a week. The young black man is rude and doesn’t put in any effort to mix the ice cream and seems very unhappy with his employment. The young white girl that just served me was SO disrespectful she refused to put a top on my ice cream. When I insisted I needed a top she smacked the top on the counter and said “what else do you want” with an ugly look on her face. I can’t do it anymore. Until they are no longer employed at this location I won’t be returning! The owner needs to get a handle on what’s happening at this location. My visit today was at 2:53pm. 3/7/24. I’m SO disgusted.

Went in for the first time today horrible customer service. I understand that the young man who waited on us probably didn’t want to be at work or thinks working there is beneath him. But put in a little effort not knowing the menu and acting indifferent isn’t a good look for you or the company you work for. Definitely will not be returning.

The ice cream is ok. The customer service is awful. They also don't have accessible bathrooms for customers. Waited for about 20 min and also knocked. No one responded. The lady in the register said someone was in there. Which there obviously wasn't because everyone inside the store had left. Every time I have gone the same lady has the bathroom locked. This is very unfortunate! Especially because it was my 3 year old that needed to use the bathroom.

Poor customer service! Was in at 10 tonight and the guy and girl were literally bickering about who was going to wait on us, then the guy proceeded to take our order and was super rude. Aggravating and strange experience!!
The ice-cream is great! The staff is super friendly. I will come again!

Walked in and there was only one person in front of us. We are a family of 5. 4 girls working. One girls starts in our first child’s mixer. She is mixing and continues to stop mixing to turn to the other girl and tell her story about how someone is in a relationship with someone and so on (not mixing or working on our ice cream). Finally she gets one done. The second girl helps the people behind me. Our girl starts on the second child mixer and does the same things stopping to tell her story and complain about the girl in the back room. I turn around and there are now 10 people behind me. Second girl working helps another set of people behind us. My third girl asks for a milkshake. Girl helping us disappears to the back. We are just standing there waiting. A third girl from the back asks who the next guest is and I ask “can you help us get our order finished first? We have been here for a while going on 10 minutes) she goes no each person is only to help one family at a time so we can serve everyone in a timely manor. And I respond we have been her forever and we’re here before all these people showed up we should be served in a timely manor too. She then says we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation in a very rude voice with major attitude. We just wanted our ice cream and not to listen to you tell your life story. We ended up stopping with just the three kids getting ice cream because we were over their attitudes. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to serve three ice creams!!!!

Ordered $55.00 in ice cream through DoorDash. When we called because we was missing an item the lady said “We put it in the bag” in a not very professional tone. Listen here Karen. The bag was still stapled together along with the receipt. Maybe y’all should learn some professionalism instead of blaming someone else. This was a first and last time ordering from this place.

Took my family to get milkshakes and the shop was busy with customers which is a great thing. However the associate who was serving us seemed to be a bit distracted during our visit. We gave him simple ingredients to mix for our milkshakes and he had to keep asking what all we wanted in them. We felt he was more interested in what he was listening to in his air pod. And he also had to keep going to the back room to get mixers and as we ordered a large each he put enough ingredients in to make a large yet all we got were the small shakes. My family and I were not impressed at all. Never had this poor of service here ever.
