Ordered at 5pm for pickup at 1110am the next day. Walked in at 1115 and my order wasn't even completely in the oven yet. Why have an option for pick up at a certain time when you just opened if you can't even have the food ready?

Visiting from out of town, this place was recommended to us. Ordered a pizza and a sub. The person taking the order seemed confused and I had to repeat things several times. Was told delivery would be around 45 minutes.After more than an hour of waiting, I called to check on the status. Was told the driver was getting ready to leave with the order now (no apology other than saying they were busy).Food arrived about ten minutes later. Pizza was cold and the drink order was wrong.Would not recommend this place!

I just know this staff is overworked! Every time I go to Marcos they are so slammed, but those workers work so hard to keep everything smooth. Friendly staff every time i go here!

Placed an order over the phone at 6:00PM. Was told the wait would be 2-2.5 hours for delivery. Called multiple times at 2.5 and 3 hour mark to be hung up on multiple times. Called again at 10PM to be told our order was never put in, however the charge was pending in our bank account. Will be waiting to see if it goes through/if we will need to request a refund.

Love Marcos on Central Avenue/ they are absolutely the best!!! I accidentally ordered pizza from the wrong Marcos today, and they were so helpful to me and made sure everything went so smoothly for me. They are the best and food always perfect! Thanks guys !!
I called to place an order. I was on hold for five minutes then line was disconnected. Tried one more time...same thing happened. I'm done with Marcos.

There was a deal for 30% of a large pizza so I ordered one. Didn’t have my card on me so decided to pay in store. I show up, pizza isn’t ready like it said it would be. It was supposed to be $13 and I was told it was $19. The guy at the register didn’t know how to fix it and just acted surprised that I didn’t want to just pay it.I picked no mushrooms and add green peppers, there were mushrooms and no green peppers… then I got home and the dough was soggy. just go to Dominos, you’ll get better service.

The employees have a Great attitude..Helpful..The on line ordering process SUCKS..We tried for 30 min..finally drove up there and the Young Lady helped us get our order processedWith a Smile ?...talked to our neighbors and they said the just called another pizza place...Sorry for calling You out but I would fire my IT personal....
I called in an XL pepperoni pizza for dinner tonight and chose to go pick it up as carry out. The amount of workers I saw handling food with their bare hands & then wiping their hands on their back pockets or back side of shirt. And the amount of people rubbing/scratching their scalps and playing with their hair (not even in hair nets) with their bare hands. By the time I got my pizza, I was absolutely turned off & disgusted. Parts of my pizza were also chewy and had pieces of semi-raw dough. I won’t be ordering from this location for a while, if not ever again which is a shame because I’ve had countless great experiences with Marcos but tonight I was astounded by the lack of cleanliness, possible cross contamination, and undercooked pizza dough.

This location has gone downhill. Everyone needs to be retrained because why would you cut my pizza like this!! And why is my pizza dough not enough for one slice of pizza. My toppings were just all over the place. I also didn’t get any of the crust sauce I requested. This is unacceptable, I couldn’t enjoy it at all, taste wise wasn’t good either. Wish I could just get a refund and never return.

I ordered 10 chicken dippers. I received a cheese pizza and two desserts. I received no help from the store or Uber eats. I’m not sure why nobody can help me? This is garbage. I don’t eat pizza or desserts.
