The pizza was very good but I put in a large order (10 pizzas which I ordered at 5pm) to be ready by 9:50pm for a company Christmas party and they hadn’t even started it yet. The two employees were wonderful and so apologetic,They needed more staff

if you have an allergy, they do not want your business. we have been ordering from here since moving in 5 years ago. I have a corn allergy, and they have always accommodated. tonight, we were told they could not accommodate by using flour on the bottom of the pizza. We were told I should not eat here as there is corn meal everywhere in the restaurant, even in the cheese. I have no way to control my allergPepperoni Pizzay, and now I guess the restaurant is a disaster with corn meal all over the place.

Overall pretty decent place. They messed up my pizza that was about $25, however, they were really nice about it and replaced it. Customer Service goes along way and they were really nice so I’ll keep coming back.

Placed order online and was given a 25 minute preparation time but when I arrived I was told the food wouldn't be ready for a while longer. It was a friendly atmosphere but very slow service compared to other competitors in the area!

Ordered pizza at 6:14 with estimated time, 6:49. 8:00 came and still no pizza. I get it, short staffed stuff happens. Tried to call twice to cancel the order was on hold for over 10 minutes. Pizza arrived 8:20. Told him we no longer wanted the pizza and needed a refund. He told me he couldn't help me. Tried calling twice the next day for a refund, no one will pick up the phone. Tried to leave feedback for support and the website just takes you to login page. No where to contact corporate or give feedback.

I love their salad but today it was really, really small. I don't usually go to this location (Dorchester Rd) but it was on my way to work. Been a customer for 3 years now. First time I've been disappointed.

Placed a pick up order online. Food was fresh when we picked it up and the manager at the front desk was so nice and friendly! Best bbq wings ever! We will definately be using this Marcos location from now on.

Order online, and the website gives you a time it will be ready. I went in 15 min after this time went by, and they said it would be 30 min. This was on a Thursday, and they were not busy. I don't care if they estimated an hour, I'd wait in the comfort of my home, not in their uncomfortable lobby chairs. Every time I order, I end up sitting waiting in their lobby for the order to complete. They blamed this on the website, but i never have this issue with other pizza houses in town. I like their pizza, but until they can give me a good time, I won't be back. Awful service, and they just don't care.

I usually don't leave negative reviews on Google because I know how important they are to the business but since there was no other way I could find on the online app I decided to leave it here so that possibly management could use the review to help implement changes to become a 5 Star Marcos again. My husband and I order several times a month if not a week. We live 2 miles from this location and in the past have always recieved great service, but recently major changes have occurred. The #1 thing is the order online app which use to be amazing is now no use at all. It does not track at all and is not user friendly. Last night I called an hour in to the order because i couldnt see the tracking info and was told they had to remake the pizza and it was in the oven. An hour later called back and was told they had 1 driver. So asked if I wanted to cancel my order and my money would be refunded. I said that would be fine. My real issue is customer service. I understamd short staffing, but why not call your customers to give them a choice if they want to pick it up? Why leave a family waiting for dinner for 2 hours with no feedback. The last few orders have not been good at all. I never recieve emails from marcos any longer for feedback review for a free cheesy bread, which I never got any way, but loved always giving them that 5 star review. In the past if something was wrong they always would offer to make it up. Maybe there are some personel issues going on at this time so I'm hopeful they will get it worked out, but would hate to see a 5 star pizza place turn into a Dominoes. Dominoes is just a place to get cheap cardboard pizza. I would rather pay more money for great pizza and excellent customer service. Hope this review will be considered in implementing changes to this location so I can give my 5 star reviews again. ?

First let me say I never received my delivery order and this is the reason why… I placed my order at 6:15pm and it was suppose to be delivered at 7:45 pm. I called at 7:42pm to get and update the girl that answered said the driver was just pulling back up and my order was on its way. Okay then I received a email at 7:47pm saying my order was on its way. Keep in mind this store is 7 minutes from my house. So it’s now 8:15pm I had to call back and the closing manager by the name of Wulfgang answered and I asked for him to call his delivery driver to see how much longer before my delivery would be here (which I had to ask him twice to do before he actually called) after he called the delivery driver he had the nerve to tell me the driver was coming back to pick up my order and should be to me in 10-15mins , first off if my food was never picked up why would you all update it in your system to come to my email saying my delivery was on the way when you know good and well it was never picked up by the delivery guy. Closing manager also states that the website which is what I put my order through said that it was a 90 minute delivery time, what do I look like waiting 90 minutes for my food to be delivered (which it did not reflect that online), I would have just drove and picked it up first before waiting 90 minutes. Then the closing manager goes on to say we only have 1 delivery driver and he still has 7 more orders to deliver, which those orders don’t have nothing to with mine, hire some more drivers! I asked for a full refund back and told them I didn’t even want the order anymore. Oh and after I got up to get my kids food from McDonalds the delivery driver wants to call my phone & I nicely denied it just send me my money back. Smh and I normally order and go and pick it up! This is sad y’all really need to either hire more people and/or give more hours to have extra people out delivering. Let’s update 9/15/2023- my refund still has not been put back on to my card.
