If its not allowed to place an order 30mins before closing, you shouldn’t accept an order 30mins before closing. Fix the website so people dont place an order past 1030.

Placed an order for delivery, they were an hour over promise time, didn’t include any ordered sauces, and was supposed to have two different pizzas, and got two of the same one. Called and said they would give us 80% next time we ordered, didn’t set an expiration, but when I tried to call and make another order, they said they wouldn’t honor it. They will not get my business any further.

Yikes. We order from here pretty often, but not anymore. Bit into my pizza only to find what appears to be a fake finger nail painted purple. Called to speak to the manager and they came back 1 minute later saying they did a check to find no one has purple finger nails and the best they would do is refund the 1 pizza.Edited to add: No refunds have been made, and a regional manager reached out to almost make an attempt to make things right, but to only ghost us after the first contact. ??

My pizza was delivered 45 minutes after it was made. It was barely warm. The manager would not give me a refund. She got the regional manager (or somebody) on the line and they did give me a full refund. I don't think a $30 pizza should arrive barely warm.Addendum, a week later. The full refund has not showed up on my credit card, a week later now. Extremely displeased with Marco's Pizza in Summerville.
