I just wanted to stop by Google and let them know that I was in yesterday and got the best sandwich ever considering you can’t get a good sandwich anymore I found this impressive!!! I actually had the pleasure of meeting the GM Jimmy, he made me feel very welcomed in the establishment he manages and the surroundings were relaxing for me so I could enjoy receiving my food and had a great time just chatting with Jimmy the GM!!Make sure if you’re going into McAlister’s deli to ask for jimmy! might as well give him a personal written review for the store so it can be posted cause he’s just that great! For starters the restaurant is dirty. Second, every McAllister's I have been too tosses their salads in the dressing. This one does not so I had to sit there and "pour" the ceaser dressing on my salad. It's a thick dressing. If it was tossed like ever other one I had this wouldn't be an issue, but ineptitude still persists.

Whoever the manager is here, they’re failing horribly at managing this food spot. The only nice employee was the shorted olive skinned young man. The restrooms were not cleaned and there was not a floor busser to keep the restaurant cleaned.Ugh. I walked in here expecting an inviting, clean, and happy atmosphere and it was the exact opposite. Absolutely ruined my day.Leaving a review here so others don’t get left down, left a review with corporate as well.Will likely call the health department because if they can’t clean customer facing surfaces.. I doubt much else maintenance gets done.

i didn’t expect from getting nachos that i would have to put my own toppings an cheese an the spud max was burnt an overcooked tasted like rubber but the toppings were fine except i had to add my own sour cream but when i been to the lucedale MS location they did all that for you and the spud wasnt overcooked
I love leaving good reviews and typically avoid negative reviews. I’m so disappointed! The tables are dirty. The staff was rude. They gave me the wrong order after I should them the receipt.I ordered four meals and got three wrong meals.

I usually get a spud when I come here, but today I decided to try the King Club! It was so good & fresh! I was skeptical because I’ve never had honey mustard on a sandwich before but I kept it on & did no tomatoes or spring mix lettuce, did spinach instead. It was piled with meat but next time I want more honey mustard lol. Also comes with a side, got the potatoes salad, surprisingly good. But they forgot my pickle with my sandwich, other than that I’ll get it again.

We love most McAllisters and have eaten at the one where we live and a few others, for years! We were traveling back home from a vacation and went out of our way to get to one for dinner. Many things went wrong, unfortunately. While waiting in line to order I noticed the girl fixing food seemed a bit angry and seemed to be slinging orders. I didn't think much of it, we all have moments.Angelina (I asked her name) took our order and was so kind and accommodating. After ordering we found a table and one at a time my husband and I went to the restroom to wash our hands. Both bathrooms were so nasty. Paper everywhere and unclean. The tables were cleared off, but not clean. I cleaned ours.When the food came, it was not the normal standard. Mine was wrong. I specifically asked for honey mustard on the sandwich because I can't have spicy brown mustard. Angelina made sure it was on the order when we ordered, so I wouldn't have a food reaction.Well, several things happened when I went to fix the sandwich. Needless to say, I ended up having a civil conversation with the so called manager, who had been throwing a fit like a toddler and taking her frustration out on the staff the whole time we were there. Understand, I was calm and kind with her. She was VERY rude. After I walked away, she went in the back cussing and disappeared.Many delivery people waiting a long time for their food and left with their delivery orders very frustrated. I felt badly because that is their business.I will be calling the district manager tomorrow to discuss the things that led me to ask to speak to the manager to begin with. (I want to give him a chance to explain so I didn't put it on this review)Also....NO PICKLES??? Everyone knows people look forward to the tea and pickles!Angelina and Ashlie, you did great. Placed an online order for Carside pickup. Arrived a few minutes after my order was to be ready. I checked in online. After waiting about 10 minutes I went inside and asked about my order. Apparently they have two separate shelves for food on opposite sides of the register. My food was ready, but no one came out to hand it to me :/ I have young children so it really helps when restaurants offer carside pick up. I ordered their Cuban sandwich. The ham smelt like bologna, and the pork had a small amount of flavor. It felt like something was missing on the sandwich…maybe some onions would have helped it out. Got Mac & cheese as a side. Their Mac & cheese is somewhat like Golden Corral’s. Not bad, but unnecessarily salty. Sweet Tea is okay. I can’t rave about it though. Their sugar cookie is okay…soft with a small hint of lemon (tasted like it…but not mentioned in the ingredients)
