They are really nasty there and could care less what's in the customer's food.i was working for another company doing a job inside and we asked the manager to move station and people around so that we could do our job.they would not I saw debri go into food.i told them and they served it anyway.will never eat at another one.and ha e since left the place I was working for because they said just get the hJob done very Un professional and just sorry.

waited in line about 20 mins only ordered a med fry and mc double. got the food home an my mcdouble was OLD! def had been sitting out and they had the nerve to serve it to me?... cheese an meat dried in place No i did not consume it i simply trashed it. SMH DO BETTER!!

Raced to get to McDonald’s before they closed. Got there with 15 minutes to spare. I even asked an employee who was in the parking lot if they were still open. She gave me an enthusiastic yes. Get to the drive through and “we closed” in a very rude voice. I asked “you close at 1050? “Yes we’re closed” two people yelled back. UNACCEPTABLE. Horrible management, rude employees and super low standards. Will definitely call the corporate hotline.

If I could do a 0 star I would! Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I order through app, when through drive thru and they said they couldn’t give me my order even when I had the name, order number, and QR code. They wouldn’t refund me on my app order when I had to reorder and pay with cash so I called Corp and now have to wait for someone to call me that is higher up from the store. Most likely I won’t be getting a call but will create fraud charge on my account if this is not cleared up. Also, the fries I got were old the food received was not correct. So very unsatisfactory!!!

In the drive thru for a little over half an hour… I get it… it’s 10pm, etc. we waited between 5-10 minutes for the girl to say “what’s your order.” Zero friendly. I ordered 2 double Big meals, large fries and large sprites with a side of basket fries. Payments were at the second window. I appreciated that the blond haired girl was verifying and making sure all the food was accounted for. She even realized our two large fries weren’t in the bag. Well there was a reason. I think like her (I verify before we leave as well), I saw the two cardboard boxes and assumed they were the double Big Macs. The basket of fries on top. She said she was missing the fries and got the fries. BUT… we ended up with the wrong order anyways because the two boxes were of double quarter pounders. So yeah… the whole point was the double Big Macs which we didn’t get. So yeah… we got home and it’s just disappointing and like many other commenters… is it worth waiting in that line or the drive back to the restaurant… no. It’s already near closing bc it’s took so long to get through the drive thru.Parking: It’s difficult to get in and out but location is everything. You can’t really complain… they still have backed up lines.
