Just stopped in really quick to get a coffee, but since the self-service machine didn't print out our recept with our number, this quick stop took more than 25 minutes for 1 cup of coffee.
Yesterday we had an issue with an order not going right in the system. The manager on duty and the associates did an amazing job of trying to ensure that I was well taking care of. You can tell that the group working here actually cares about customer service.
