I typically have very pleasant and speedy experiences at this Moe's, but today the self-proclaimed "General Manager" seems to have woken up in a mood as when he was asked about multiple very very late online orders he got very rude and insulting. Before noticing this though, I noticed him rudely tell waiting customers to "Stand in the actual pickup area" (it is tiny and already full of frustrated hungry people) and to "stop leaning up against HIS salsa bar" ( she was 3 feet away from it and hardly leaning against it.) Aside from the very rude "General Manager" I waited 1 hour for an ASAP online order, and the soda machine was out of over half of its flavors. Hopefully this Moe's returns to its former glory, only time will tell.

Ordered on line and waited 45 mins after the given estimated time. I should have just waited in the line it would have been much much faster! All the employees were nice and apologized, but I was really disappointed in the ridiculous long wait as they cleared the entire line before they put together my food.

EVERTIME we order pickup they forget half the order. Tonite was so anmoying because they NOT ONLY forgot half the order and the sauces But they also took over an hour to complete an order that was supposed to be done at 8:30. We love the food we're just so tired of the horrible service. So if you order @Moes maybe just use a different location

this place always nice and respectful but the shift during 4:00pm 2/24/24 today the girl working the register didn’t have on gloves she TOUCH ALL OVER the chips with her hands and queso. If the other coworker is wearing gloves why are you not. That is how RSV, FLU, AND COVID and other viruses spread. She was also operating the grill and toppings station. Germs in general. I was very disappointed that she did that with no remorse to others health by not wearing gloves being sanitary while handling FOOD

Loved the tacos I got and the chips n dip, GOOD service .Parking: Very good each time I come there always parking spots open to use.Kid-friendliness: They help you with what you want tell y oh y what everything is.
So first of all i love moe's Burritos. So the food is great. Ordered through DoorDash. Gotta say it is much better to go inside rather than order through doordash. Didn't pay attention to notice i didn't get chips and "queso" when i ordered nor did i get that i had to tell the website what to put in the $5.97 taco that ended up being ground beef in a soft totilla. Tasted good but yeah i'd rather do inside and order.

My wife and I are sick so we order door dash and paid extra to not have to be around everyone in the store. They somehow forgot the most important part of nachos… the queso. No one answers the phone. Door dasher can’t help. I have to drive 20 minutes to get the queso. No apology, just makes excuses for not answering the phone. Always busy, always slow, and poor customer service.

Takeout; burrito foils were not labeled by protein or differentiated in anyway. Each meal and queso cup apparently got a "scoop" of chips in the bag but that was not the case. This location is a failed experiment in handling online orders as well as counter orders. If you have more than one person in your group who likes their own chips and queso and forks, go in person and sort everything out at checkout - they won't do it for you.tdlr: Super stingy on chips and not enough register/order handling for online orders to the detriment of everyone.
