Stopped by today,9/11/21, after farmers market shopping and what the heck they are closed. This has been part of our Saturday routine since we moved here 3 years ago. What a shame they had great food and even better service. Signs did not indicate that they moved and it looks like a wine shop in going in. To bad we would certainly follow them wherever they went if they moved in Summerville.

Service was fast. People were friendly. Wrap was ok, the chicken on it was super cold. Which I thought should of been warm/hot. The tea was ok, not the typical sweet tea. It has mint in it. It does not go well with the food. Maybe just to drink. Taste like you went to the dentist or just brushed your teeth. Wish they offered regular sweet tea as well and people can pick. Nothing very special just a typical sandwich place.

We stopped in Summerville to see the huge sweet tea container and walked around the corner to Off The Chain. We had a delicious French dip, hand cut French fries, house made ranch, the best pasta salad ever, and potato salad. Our server was Toni. She was so helpful in telling us things about the menu items. The sweet tea did not disappoint and it was brewed with mint. If we lived closer, we would certainly eat here again.

This is a little gem hidden in the middle of Summerville. We happen upon this by accident really and I am so glad we did. The staff was amazing! Friendly, attentive and funny! We sat at their outside patio, which has plenty of shade. This area is also very dog friendly. ( and squirrel friendly) I had the smoked chicken sandwich and my husband had the Philly- AMAZING!! We are definitely going back! I would suggest you give them a try.

Oddly, my husband and I were just talking about how good the food was on Friday. Both of us have worked numerous years in food and beverage, we went there today for a late lunch and I have never encountered such offensive customer service in my life, and I have seen quite a bit of it. Several tables came in around the same time we did, some even after us - we waited well over an hour, watching all the other folks receive their food, we just had a wrap and burger. I respectfully asked our server if she would check on our order since we had been waiting for quite awhile. We were seated directly across from the kitchen, so we could see and hear everything - not that the cook cared in the least - the first comment we heard out loud was "They should go somewhere else if they expected fast food", then it was "I am not in hurry, they can wait" - he continued to spout off rude comments knowing we could hear him, at this point neither my husband or I were willing to stick around. We told the server to cancel our order and we would pay for our drinks. He then shook the ticket at us and stated it had just got to him.....I understand mistakes happen, I understand tickets get lost, but to blatantly be that rude is completely unacceptable and uncalled for - obviously he/they could care less that they have lost our business and we have been there several times - but I will be sure to pass this onto my friends. Very disappointed. We make it a point to support local. Too bad.

Tiffany and Toni have to be the nicest human beings on the planet. Friendly service, great suggestions on what to eat; it was my first time visiting. It certainly won't be my last. I want to applaud everyone working, they are short staffed and yet delivering incredible food and smiling while they do it. I will recommend Off the Chain to all my friends.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The food was fantastic. I would recommend the Seared Asian Tuna Salad highly! My husband loved the shrimp tacos and we had fried green tomatoes as the appetizer. Sooooo good! The service was great and everyone was super friendly. We will be back, hopefully very soon. Lol
